Quinn’s Place Was Exactly Like the pictures , very nice and beautiful!! WE LOVED THE BATHROOM THE MOST !!! But overall everything was GREAT , we had trouble finding the place but nothing too hard ! Thank you for the marvelous stay!! Would stay here again. . She was very responsive and made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything! Thank YOU QUIN.

Great place to stay in Dallas. Rooftop pool was amazing and has a bar for poolside drinks. Farmers market is right around the corner and a great Saturday morning starter. Host was SO quick to response to any and all questions. We will definitely be back

Comfortable Stay— I recommend I had a fantastic experience at this BnB! The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The space was beautiful maintained, clean , and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was cozy, and location was perfect to commute, making it easy to explore . Overall, this stay was everything I hope for , I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Dallas, Tx.

Perfect spot for our weekend stay. Loved the neighborhood, parking availability, apartment layout, and comfortable beds. A bar, restaurants, grocery stores, etc were all nearby and very convenient. The place was well stocked, too; this was my first Airbnb that had plenty of towels and wash cloths.

First time trying Airbnb and Christopher was very helpful and responsive. The place was just like the pictures, highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place with close proximity restaurants, peace, quiet, and cleanliness. I would definitely book again with Christopher in the future!

I enjoyed staying in this luxury apartment. Everything was located within 10 minutes to restaurants and entertainment. Breanna was great communicating all the details for my stay. I highly recommended staying here and I will return.

Zackery’s place looked exactly like the photos and the modern home was nice! Great TV and sound system, easy check in process. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy but overall we had a very peaceful stay. Zackery let us extend our stay at the last minute and was helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at Brick & Ivory Waters! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for my son’s graduation dinner party. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

Everything was good just as it was described

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

The house was great, just like the pictures. Very clean and smelled great! Had everything we needed and was located in an area pretty close to downtown and lots of activities. It was so great I really didn’t have to communicate with the host! Would stay again!

A WONDERFUL home in Dallas. We (me, my partner, and our dog) loved everything about it. The backyard was spacious but private. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. We spent hours reading under the gazebo. And that's just the backyard! The inside is similarly lovely. Great, open layout. A couch that's immensely comfortable. And a nice new shower. Last, but not least, we felt close to everything we wanted to visit. The gardens, the lake, and a host of restaurants. We had a lovely time for the week.

This is the perfect place right in the middle of everything. I loved that everything we did was like 10 minutes or less to drive to. Abraham’s place was clean and just what we needed for our month stay. He was a great host as well, always responded to us quickly and helped us out with any questions we had.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our recent stay at your property. It was truly worth every dollar spent, and we found the location to be incredibly beautiful with an abundance of things to see and do. The place is even better than it looks in the photos. It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and supermarkets, you can walk pretty much anywhere. I stayed for work-related reasons, but still felt super comfortable and was able to rest well. The bed is really cozy. James is respectful and always willing to help, and his dog is the calmest, sweetest pet I’ve ever met. The place was always clean. I’d definitely stay here again without a doubt.

It was a very nice stay stress free. The room was in the host apartment. Never had a problem, had privacy, and our own bedroom in the room. Bed was comfortable. The ac was great to combat the Texas heat. Host was fast to respond when we needed in the gate. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
