It includes: 2nd Floor: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. 1st Floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1.

It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Welcome to our guesthouse on Sweden's southernmost cape! A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn, this little house sits on the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful landscapes. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlens all the favorite places by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit and enjoy the ocean breeze!

This is a separate part of our house, with an open area living room combining kitchen, dining and a cosy TV room. We can host up to 4-6 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings
