פאני היא אישה מקסימה והבית היה נוח ומפנק רגע מים נפלא. היו משחקים מוכנים לילדים וכל דבר שצריך לבישול. היי נו שתי משפחות ארבעה מבוגרים שלושה ילדים ושתי תינוקות והיה לנו הכי נוח. פאני דאגה להכל והעיירה הייתה נוחה עם מסעדות טובות וחנות יין קטנה עם הענבים מקומיים. מאוד מאוד ממליצה 🩷

Superbe maison, très bien située , endroit très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maman de Gregoris nous a très amicalement accueillis et nous a fourni d excellents conseils. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

Alkis was an amazing host! He went above and beyond with helpful directions and recommendations. Daily check-ins and lots of cleaning via whats app, to ensure we were happy. He even helped navigate the streets by piloting us through some closed roads when we went anywhere, many thanks Alkis.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Nice functional little villa, clean and well presented. The neighbourhood is calm and there is an excellent Taverne at 3 minutes walking distance. We didn't go to the near beach but found the location very convenient to visit Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi beaches. Kassimos is the closest town with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Overall highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

Un havre de paix ! Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour d’une semaine au sein de Solon. Nektaria est vraiment accueillante et présente pour vous si vous avez la moindre question. Le lieu est calme, propre, spacieux et doté d’une terrasse fleurie. Vous pouvez profiter de la merveilleuse piscine et des transats. À côté de la mer (2min à pied), des restaurants et d’un supermarché et mini market. Stationnement facile, devant le portail. Nous avons adoré ! Un grand merci pour tout Nektaria et à bientôt. Simply put, one of the best AirBnB hosts & properties we’ve experienced. From the moment of booking Giorgos was helpful & responsive, providing clear instructions & many local recommendations. He was attentive throughout our stay & responded quickly when needed. As for the property it was lovely & clean with all the essentials & more. It was lovely to have the windows & doors open & the fly screens & shutters both make it that much more comfortable. There is A/C in 2 bedrooms & the living room if needed. The pool space & balconies were used by us throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful in a rural location with beautiful views of both the beach & mountains. The nearest restaurants were a 25 minute walk, & well worth it. We had a car & this was the perfect location to visit the stunning beaches of Balos, Falassarna & Elafonisi. Kissamos & the local beaches on the doorstep of the property are also well worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable in every way. The location was good for exploring and the outside space relaxing We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to return

Top-Ferienwohnung Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in dieser hervorragenden Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet,mega sauber, hat mega Duschen mit Massagenfunktion bzw.Regendusche und richtig viel Platz. Die Betten sind total bequem, wie neu. Die Küche beinhaltet viel mehr Geschirr und Besteck als man benötigt. Auch ansonsten ist alles in der Küche vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit Grill und schönem Blick. Restaurants, Strand und Bootsverleih sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das haben wir sehr genossen.Die Gastgeberin ist einfach nur super, besser geht es nicht. Sie antwortet innerhalb von Minuten, hat super Tips für alles mögliche rund um den Urlaub und ist sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein herrliches Mittagessen und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Ersteinkauf bereits gefüllt, inklusive frisch geernteten Tomaten,etc. So macht Urlaub richtig Spass und man kann von Anfang an einfach relaxen.Gerne würden wir wieder dort Urlaub machen..

This was a spontaneous stay and for one night it was perfect, was a little complicated to find in the dark but the host was very helpful even late at night

Highly recommend staying at Simos's place! Very well-maintained, short walk away from many shops and restaurants, and the view of the water from the balcony is spectacular. Very much enjoyed our time there!

In all my years of traveling all over the world, I’ve never met a better host than Elena. She was absolutely the best! The apartment was beautiful and the view incredible. Elena gifted us delicious local treats and their own olive oil, raki and wine. We felt so at home and taken care of. I would definitely return and stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window but it’s great for anyone who likes to sleep in the dark. We had an amazing time staying here as a family.

Karolina und Jadwiga sind sehr angenehme Hosts und die Kommunikation zwischen uns war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Der Check-In funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei uns hat Google Maps jedoch das Nachbarsgebäude angezeigt. Jedoch ist die Unterkunft aussen angeschrieben und entsprechend findet man sie so. Die Unterkunft an sich ist exzellent: Moderne Küche und Bäder, schöne Zimmer. Und der Aussenbereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Tische, Stühle, Grillstellen und Strand ist phänomenal! Das einzige, das ein bisschen störend ist: Man ist direkt an der Haupstrasse und im Haus selber hört man diesen Lärm doch noch gut.

Schöne idyllische Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf das Meer! Nikos ist super sympathisch und nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für die Gäste. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es Olivenöl und Rakí aus eigener Produktion. Die Taverne im Dorf ist auch sehr zu empfehlen mit leckerer griechischer Küche. Kommunikation funktionierte perfekt. Alles top!

Un endroit chaleureux, on s’y sent comme chez un ami. La maison est moderne et bien équipée. Les communications ont été très faciles et agréables avec Eleni. Fortement recommandé!
