Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

A real slice of heaven Protected by the calm of the forest in the heart of the golden triangle, this authentic Périgourdine is located in a magical hamlet 15 minutes from Sarlat. Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, comforter cover and pillowcases.

My place is close to Sarlat, Rocamadour, Gourdon, Les Grottes de Cougnac, Chateau de Fénelon, Les Jardins de marqueyssac and Eyrignac. You'll love my place because of the view, the location, the ambiance, the outdoors, and the hospitality. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Very well equipped, it feels like home. You will have access to the 2 swimming pools between May 1st and September 30th (shared with the other 3 gites )

The unique view and complete tranquillity characterise the location and surroundings of the house. From the terrace, you can look out over the valley opposite and the wooded hills that stretch to the far horizon in the west. The sunsets are simply marvellous and leave you speechless. The small house is suitable for 2 people. Three people can also stay here, but then you should know each other well :-).
