We had a lovely time staying at the Terry House. Our connecting rooms were perfect for four adults, and what a treat to have two bathrooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were beautiful. The location cannot be beat - You are in the heart of New Castle and can walk everywhere. And the communal living room is a comfortable to visit and play games. When you are venturing to New Castle, the Terry House is a great place to call home for the night(s)!

My fiancé and I, as well as my mother in-law were in the area for a wedding. And not only was the location perfect being only 5 minutes away from the venue. It was also very cozy, welcoming, and quiet. Especially after celebrating as you would at said event. Franscoise was very accommodating. She even briefed us on a lot of the surroundings and amenities nearby. Thank you again for hosting us !

Nice place. Stairs to go up to room are a bit steep but not terrible. The room itself was spotless and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable. There was a microwave and mini fridge as well as a desk and coffee maker in the room. She also provided an iron and board. The shared bathroom was spotless and smelled clean. I only heard one other person in the house. The only thing I’d be aware of is to bring your own water. There is no clean water access - except the bathroom sink.
