Studio apartment close to trails and town

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 15-25 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other and includes an organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, fab live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a fun destination with boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Lots of hiking trails, too! Be aware: 10% hotel tax, 😞 Max stay: 6 days

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
