Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Appartement adapté à une famille, bien conçu et bien équipé. Elsa et Julien sont à l’écoute et répondent vite à nos questions. Environnement tranquille proche du port et de la promenade des anglais si vous utilisez le Lou Passagin.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vue est magnifique, coucher de soleil, levé du soleil, nuit étoilée, petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur mer. Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien équipée et logement paisible. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

Excellent logement agréable et propre avec un acces direct a la mer et une très belle piscine au rooftop. L’emplacement est aussi au top a côté de la baie des anges. pour finir, Kevin est un hote exceptionnel, tres agréable et serviable. on y retourne volontiers 😀

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay. Nicole was the perfect host. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in the perfect location. We could walk easily to the railway station and get the train into Monaco and Nice etc. Nicole recommended some great restaurants and was very quick to communicate with us when needed. The views from the terrace and from the pool were simply stunning. We can’t wait to go again.

The place is quiet and perfect for a long weekend with friends .

Our time at the villa in Les Issambres was peaceful and relaxing. We spent time outside and often prepared our own meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The open design really highlighted the gorgeous view and provided an atmosphere of spaciousness. And the pool was a daily treat. Laura, our local host provided prompt and responsive service -from helping us book massages to making an extra trip when we needed more toilet paper.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Lovely apartment in a private part of Villefranche. Delia was very quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful balcony with port views. Could sit there for hours! Nothing against the property or owner but would suggest either having a car or using taxis as very hilly with suitcases to walk. Would definitely recommend!

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Book it now! We were two couples for three nights and we all agree it was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever experienced! Consider yourself extremely fortunate to have found this listing, and book without any hesitation. The setting is gorgeous, and it’s very walkable to restaurants, the city center, and nearby sights. The view from the balconies over the water to the town and mountains beyond is world class. The interior is flawless, with all furnishings and amenities in excellent shape and style. The communication with the owners is superior, every step of the way. All questions/concerns were handled very quickly and professionally. Even with some street work being done around the marina, our host did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. Five stars is not enough, the apartment and the hosts are incredible! I could go on, but I think you have the picture. (By the way, we’ve stayed in well over 50 Airbnb’s around the world, benefit from our experience.)

We had an incredible stay at Corinne’s villa in Cap-d’Ail. The home is exactly as pictured. The views over the Mediterranean are awesome, and the outdoor space made it hard to leave the property at all. Mornings on the terrace and evenings with a glass of wine were a great. Corinne was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She clearly cares about her guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail of the home and her communication. The location is ideal — a short drive or walk to Monaco, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!
