Vacation rentals with beach access in Eysturoy

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The space was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with nearly every comfort of home. The hosts' attention to detail was outstanding, and their warm welcome made us feel immediately at ease. When we accidentally left something behind, they went out of their way to return it—such lovely, considerate people. The accommodation itself was excellent, with just a short walk to nearby parking.

Nestled in a quiet corner of Torshavn, overlooking the water. Beautiful, peaceful, well-designed place. Would happily stay here again.

A lovely apartment with a great view. Clean and tidy. Central location. Nice welcome . The only small minus was the lack of description of how the dishwasher is started. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment.

Excellent location with spectacular views that shine when the sun is out in this beautiful little part of Faroe Islands! Very easy to get to the airport or to Torshavn and is perfect for whichever part of the islands you want to visit.

The location is beautiful, facing the ocean with two access paths to the seaside. Two windows overlook the ocean from the dining room. Everything is very quiet and the activity upstairs is very modest and quite bearable, not annoying at all. The living room is a little dark, not facing the view but very comfortable, with blankets and comfortable cushions. The bedding is excellent, and the bathroom is functional. the decoration is suitable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Nancy helped us a lot during the marathon so that we didn't get stuck in the roadblocks. Recommended without hesitation.

The apartment is incredibly atmospheric and beautifully located by the water, overlooking the fjord. It is furnished with everything you could possibly need and Joannes has antipated every need (including the provision of razors, shaving cream, medical kits etc). The aesthetics of the apartment are second to none...it is calm, sophisticated but striking in its presentation and the harmony it has with the surroundings. The apartment is also very conveniently located being within walking distance to most sites on Vagar, in front of public transport and with street parking. That said, the best feature of the apartment is Joannes himself. Not only is Joannes an immensely agreeable individual, he is genuinely friendly, helpful and a source of an abundance of local information and history. Joannes is Faroese and proudly so...his family has a long history on the island - Joannes kept us spellbound, conveying stories of the region, customs and history. We are incredibly glad to have met him.

Would stay here any time I’m in the Faroe Islands! They are incredibly responsive and also went out of their way to get us tissues when we told them we kept getting runny noses due to the weather. The house itself is always warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring many Faroe Island attractions (Mykines, lake above the ocean, witch’s finger, etc.) I appreciate the fully dark blinds to cover the windows. Note that the pillows are very soft and you might want to bring your own if that is an issue. Nicolina’s place is the basement of a house and there are soft footstep sounds above if you are a light sleeper.

Anita’s place is definitely the best airbnb accommodation we had so far! The view is spectacular! The house is very clean and neat, and she is always responsive with our questions! Highly recommended!

Atli made us feel like at home. The whole house was very clean and everything we needed was there. We did especially appreciated the fact that some food was in the refrigerator when we arrived; on a holiday day. This kind gesture from Atli was amazing and we do thank him a lot for that!

Anita's house is in a wonderful place! It's like being in a dream! It is fully equipped with all the necessary things and clean. As we are only a couple, we found it large, we recommend it especially for a family for a dream stay! 😊

Beautiful old house ideally located in a very quiet environment. The view is spectacular and the location of the house allows you to visit most of the Faroe Islands. The house was very clean and very well equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

Wow, what a special place! It was an honor to stay in Annika’s family home. Such a peaceful and serene setting, and the house is lovely, clean and open. The view over the fjord is absolutely stunning. It was lovely to walk on the property, especially with all the sheep and lamb. Annika is an amazing host. Highly recommend!

This is a historical place with lots of character. We certainly enjoyed our stay. Jonhild is a great host, very responsive and flexible.

Excellent stay, the house was very cozy and tidy, we found everything very clean. It was very close to the center. We were going with a baby and Helgi helped us at all times by lending us a crib and high chair.

I loved Atli’s place. It is so lovely and comfortable. It has everything you need and a breathtaking view. Atli is also a welcoming and helpful host. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anybody visiting the Faroe Islands.

Guðrun was super friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions to do in the area. The place was small but nice and cozy. The furniture was brand new with everything we needed. The apartment had a nice view of the mountains around it and was in the center of where we wanted to hike and see.

Very nice apartment, perfect for our family. Was just like the pictures, with a great view from the balcony. Would stay again.

My wife and I spent 6 days in this beautiful apartment. Very clean and functional. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, many appliances, a large Smart TV, but above all great views. The location is great for visiting the Faroe Islands, in a short time you can reach the capital is all the islands. There are not many restaurants nearby, for those you have to move around the capital, which is only 30 minutes away. A well-stocked supermarket is 10 minutes away. We recommend this apartment to all those who want to enjoy the peace of the Faroe Islands with a strategic location but also super quiet.

What a pleasant stay we had in Leirvík. Thorhild and Runi were welcoming and great hosts. It was a great place to explore Eysturoy and the surrounding islands and places to see. Highly recommend.
