We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Nearby and overlooking the village of Vallouise, Marie's bright and very comfortable chalet designed by an architect, is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden, you will be quiet, inside as outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exhibition will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although 5 min walk from the center of the village and its amenities the place is very quiet. The large living room is decorated with a stove for your winter evenings.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.

The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep but well equipped with handrails, but this must be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. Access is completely independent. Chalet S is located in a peaceful area. In the garden surrounding the chalet you will find spaces or relax with views of the mountains, the Ecrins massif, lulled by the birdsong. The spacious and inviting interior is tastefully decorated with heathered objects. A large living room with a modern kitchen overlooks the garden. A master suite on the ground floor and three large, neatly decorated bedrooms upstairs are at your disposal.
