Vacation rentals with a kayak in Exuma

We enjoyed our stay at February Point. We have lived in the area for years and were pleased to see what the community was actually like. The clear blue ocean waters were the most beautiful view. Love love love Exuma can’t wait to get back!

If you’ve never been to the Bahamas—especially Exuma—you’re in for something special. We stayed at Monkey Sea, Unit 2, and it was perfect. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook after long beach days. We had a brief power outage (common on the island), but the hosts were prepared with rechargeable lights. Big bonus: the kitchen has filtered water, so no need to buy bottles all week! One of the highlights of our trip was meeting Alicia—she took us to incredible local spots we’d never have found on our own. Her tips made our experience unforgettable. Don’t forget to ask Robert for recommendations—he’s full of great suggestions! Another great tip: rinse off at the outdoor shower to avoid sand fleas. Monkey Sea’s fair pricing, central location, and amazing hosts made this stay unbeatable. We’ll absolutely return—highly recommend!

10/10 island life! Our stay at Bowe Cay was nothing short of spectacular. A perfect family escape to unwind and reconnect. The island is just the right blend of comfort and untouched natural beauty—completely private, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning waters. The main house and bungalows were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, hot showers, and Wifi all while maintaining a cozy island feel. Ryan was fantastic to communicate with before our trip. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all our questions. One of the highlights of our experience was Sam, our boat driver and guide. He was warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge that made our time on the island even more special. He helped us get oriented, pointed out the best spots to explore, and made the boat rides feel like part of the adventure. Having access to the kayaks made island exploring even more fantastic! Thanks for hosting us Ryan, can't wait to come back!

Our first trip to Exuma could not have been more perfect! Villa Seabreeze was exactly as pictured and delivered such an exceptional experience on multiple levels! We were greeted by sea turtles and nurse sharks our very first evening and continued to be visited by the sea life every day of our stay . . . definitely a highlight. Having a private sandy beach made snorkeling in the "backyard" super convenient and the additional sundeck and outdoor shower allowed us to escape the sand while still soaking up the rays. This home is definitely off the beaten path but so, so worth being able to "get away" from the crowds of the resorts that are "closer in." And there was something very special about being able to look across the water and see only land and sea. We will be sharing Villa Seabreeze with all our family and friends in the hopes that they, too, can experience such an incredible little slice of heaven should they find themselves in Exuma! the place is more beautiful than the photos so private so peaceful absolutely enjoyed my time there I can't recommend it enough the place is so clean and the views are amazing lots of space beautiful wrap around deck I will definitely go back

Absolutely amazing! Sea the view beach house is by far the best. Sandra is so kind and generous. The Villa was stocked with more than we could ever of asked for. Lots of floaties, lounge chairs, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up board and so on. It was a fantastic spot for pure peace and quiet. The view everyday was crazy beautiful. The Exuma blue colours of the water kept changing throughout the day, you will never get tired of it. Gorgeous!! The beach we pretty much had to ourselves and floating in the water everyday was a dream. Sandra told us to relax and enjoy, don't worry about anything. Sea the view beach villa is top notch and so is Sandra. She is a fantastic host! Our group of 4 was so impressed and can hardly wait to get back to Exuma. It's the best place in the world!

We had an amazing stay at the Moon House. It was stocked with everything we needed. It had mini split units in each room that kept us cool. The beach chairs were a huge plus while visiting the many different beaches. The communication with the host was flawless with fast responses to our questions.

Lovely resort. We were in villa 3. Just around the corner from the pool and resort restaurant. It was clean and well stocked. Just keep in mind that the area has limited restaurants within walking distance. We did not get a car and taxis are easy to get but would recommend a car. This unit has a kitchenette. We would bring a few breakfast lunch options with if we return in the future. Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Felt safe our entire stay. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to assist whenever we needed anything, which made our trip stress-free. We also went on a fabulous boat tour arranged through the property, with a fantastic guide. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Bahamas!

Lovely place! I am glad we read the reviews before we went. The beach is sandy, but not all the way into the water. It is on the rocky side of the beach. Wear shoes to go into the ocean! This is a good location, outside of town. We visited several beaches on both sides of the island. Where the villa is located, the ocean is calmer.

We had the most wonderful time and experience! We enjoyed our excursion with DJ and walking in the bay and on the beach. Recommend getting a golf cart while there to explore and get to the restaurants. Ida has them available. They were so responsive, as we had lots of questions. They picked us up and took us to the airport, which was wonderful and Ida showed us around the island before taking us to our cottage. Beautiful views of the bay off the back of the house and of the beach from the front porch. We would love to go back. So peaceful and perfect! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short trip to town, yet it felt like our own private paradise. Having both a pool and the ocean literally steps from the back door was such a dream. We spent our days snorkeling right behind the house, where the water was calm and crystal clear, and we were even lucky enough to swim alongside a sea turtle! It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to come back.

Shirls place is very relaxing and accommodating, the view of The Tropic of Cancer Beach is breathtaking. the cottage was clean and provides all amenities for your stay, like most areas in Exuma there are mosquitoes so be prepared. My 8 days was truly sexy.

Gorgeous property with the best view and beach. We enjoyed our stay - super glad we decided to reserve a golf cart and little boat, we ate at the Yacht Club for dinner every night and it was fantastic. Locals are so kind and helpful. The cottage is tiny, but great for a couple! Will certainly be back for the beautiful views.

What a perfect spot, nothing is super fancy but you have absolutely everything you need and couldn’t ask for a better location. We would not hesitate to stay again!
