Vacation rentals with beach access in Evros

We stayed with my wife and son and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It was very clean and the amenities were new. It is located very close to all the restaurants and bars yet quite at night. Parking was not hard to find on the nearby streets. Neycho was a great host, very responsive and supportive. Will definitely stay next time we visit Alexandroupoli.

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

Everything was as we expected, which is the definition of quality. The location of the apartment is good, close to everything, walking to the beach is a few steps, there is everything needed at home, the host is caring and helpful. I definitely recommend it

First of all, I would like to thank our host for responding positively to our request for an early check-in for a compulsory reason. The house was clean, well-equipped, with a very good working hot water and heating system, close to the city center and important places. Having a parking lot was a great benefit. Would love to stay again when I'm in town and would recommend.

Amazing place to relax, quiet and beautiful. Everything is as described in the listing.

The apartment is located f close to the beach. In the home you can find everything you need, from salt, spices, coffee, tea, dishes in the kitchen. It's stylishly decorated and makes you feel very good.

georgios and his wife are the perfect guests - it is hard to find kinder and more caring people! the house is nice, clean, and as described. be aware that google maps (at least when connected to the navigator of my car...) made me drive in a maze of very narrow streets in Makri: once at Georgios', I realized that there are much simpler ways to drive around. Be also aware that the beach at about 2 km from the house is stunning! All in all, a very pleasant stay. Thanks Georgios!

We chose it as a place to rest for one evening during our long journey. But Sakis' place offered us more. The beach, the olive trees and the silence were really beautiful. We were four people with my 2-year-old daughter. So the house may be a little small for a longer vacation, but I think it's quite sufficient for longer stays for fewer people. Thanks to Sakis for his interest and hospitality.

We stayed at Lefter's house for 2 nights on June 12 and 13, 2025. I have never met a host who was so kind and helpful in everything. He had countless treats for us. He even bought bagels for breakfast. The house was beautiful, the garden was very beautiful, covered with olive trees and grass. The location of the house was in a very quiet environment, equidistant from Dedeagac and Makri village. We're thinking of going again. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

This was the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in an AirBnB - after the first night my lower back pain from driving was gone! This is a lovely spacious and airy studio apartment on the second floor with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains. The bathroom is large and the shower with 2 Rain Shower heads (one handheld) was a pleasure. There are several great beaches (one unorganized within a few minutes walking distance, the other organized at Beach Bar Ble only 15 minutes walk). The highlight of my stay were the very gracious and hospitable hosts, Georgios and Sia. They were simply lovely and treated me like family. They were very proactive in suggesting places to swim or eat and made sure that everything was going smoothly for me. I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely stay with them the next time I am in Alexandroupoli.

Chrysoula is a very sweet and very thoughtful host. The house is spotless, the location is beautiful, the garden is very cute, and there is a private parking lot right in front of it. Everything you needed was available at home, but everything was thought of for you. As soon as we entered the house, there were sweets and snacks everywhere. He came to wish us a safe journey with a very thoughtful treat and gift on the morning of the day we were leaving the house. We are pleased to have met him. When I come to this region, I would like to stay here again, I hope to see you again in the future.

Our host was very decent. The house was spotless and right in the city center. You can arrive everywhere on foot. If I come back, I will keep the same house. Thank you so much for everything.

My mother and I (77&48 years) are already at this property for the 2nd time and will prefer them again when visiting Alexandroupoli again. The location is perfect, the view just great! You are right in the center with all the tavernas, cafes and bars. For the rental car, there is a secured parking space directly opposite in the harbor. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment.

If you are planning on booking this apartment you just have already checked the surroundings and activities around. So my two cents is just go for it. Maria was helpful in many ways. Check-in was effortless. Private parking was great. Even the neighbor lady next door smiled a kalimera to us. We had a great stay and I’m sure you will too!

We have stayed just for one night but if we were to come back we definitely know where to stay and would like to stay longer. The apartment was so clean, right in the center, close to the seaside and easy to find.The host has done a great job, he was thoughtful, friendly and helpful. There even were one use only slippers in each room. Great experience !

It was easy to find, we stayed one day and it met our needs. I'm not sure if we would have had problems with the hot water if we stayed longer. Other than that everything was very good, it met our expectations. Centrally located, easy to find parking. It was very pleasant to drink tea and coffee on the balcony in the morning
