Vacation rentals with a patio in Everglades

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is affordable, clean, and in an amazing location! Wonderful experience staying here. You can enjoy the benefits of the larger, expensive hotels nearby for a fraction of the price. This place is quite literally steps from the beach and walking distance from restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, and stores. There is also a “BCycle” station at the corner where you can rent bikes to ride along the strip or down Las Olas Blvd. The room was bright and clean and the front desk also stored our bags for us while we strolled on the beach before our check-in time. The place also offers beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas for you to use. 10/10 recommend!

I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This place had everything we needed, it was clean, peaceful, and decorated in a cozy style. We were close enough to walk to stores, the beach was also close, and overall we enjoyed the environment and the comfort. Hosts are very kind and proactive. I’d definitely get back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The place was nice and matched the description. Stacey had a list of restaurants in the area and the two that we tried were both good. A nice central location between Miami and the Everglades. We went there for a family vacation with our kids and had a nice time.

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Staying at this home in Miami was hands down the best decision we made. The house is spotless, spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and that made all the difference in our stay. Now, let’s talk about Glen – what an amazing host! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available for anything we needed. She truly cares about her guests, and you can feel it in every interaction. Glen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us – and it truly was! We 100% recommend this place. There’s no better option in Miami! Nicholas and his team are superb! I have to say that this is by far the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed at. All details including pack and plays and cribs were ready for us. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Again, one of the best host and Airbnb experiences you can have! Highly recommended!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Accurate as described. Clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the worst mosquito outbreak in years literally prevented anyone from using the pool. Too bad...it seemed like such a nice one. But...it is the Everglades.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
