This was an absolutely magical place to stay! The view is of the firth is amazing, the house cozy & comfortable, and there is a castle view just out the window. It’s so peaceful, the area so authentic & truly a special place! The bedrooms were roomy & comfy, living areas as well. Kitchen was well stocked & the bathrooms have great showers! We just loved everything about it! We hope to return!

The four of us spent an extended weekend at the place. The location, surrounded by nature right on the lake, inspired us. A great place to slow down and enjoy!

This place was amazing , we fell In love with it , to be able to swim every day ( several times a day )was a joy , the bay is stunning , surrounded by mountains it is purely magical. The apartment is as described , compact but has everything you need , we were very happy there . The private area for sunbathing and swimming has such amazing views we were blown away . The location is about 20 min drive to Kotor old town and around 20 mins drive to Perast , the road is busy but for us it didnt distract from the location at all , there is a nice little beach bar a couple of minute walk along the road and a restaurant opposite ( we didn’t use the restaurant as it is a meat and fish restaurant and we are veggies , but the beach bar was great . We hired a car and this allowed us to get out and about and explore the stunning area , although I think there are buses that go past regularly . Jovica and family are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for the beers and cakes ?

In a haven of tranquility by the river, an adorable little house absolutely consistent with the description of the listing, ideal for a couple, awaited us. Aleksa and Alexandre are very charming and welcoming hosts. For a future stay, we would opt more for the other small house at the end of their land with a garden and a more private terrace offering more privacy and which also has direct access to the river. The ride with the canoe provided is a real plus with its green and bucolic environment. The center of Chartres and its cathedral are 15 minutes by car and the Château de Maintenon, which is worth the detour, is 35 minutes away. Loved our stay!

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

Experience the most authentic rural life in South France.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you take a wrong turn to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is very clean and cozy.The Host's wife and husband are very kind people, and they will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two hunting dogs, I want to take them home ∠ (｀ω´*).

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and views are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice host. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

Jos’s place exceeded our expectations and our expectations were high given the photos. Located on the Panorama Express train line, we were able to travel to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Basel, Bern and Lucerne during our one week stay. The thing is, Bürglen and Lungren Lake were idyllic surroundings that harkened us away from the more touristy and populated areas. I am already trying to figure out a way to get back to this home away from home next year! I recommend this space without any reservation! The shower, laundry, and bed are all comfortable, and the view is outstanding. If that is not enough, the daily aroma of freshly cut grass should convince you to book!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

I highly recommend everyone to stay in this house. She has the most beautiful little garden in Brienz. It is a happy thing to lie here for an afternoon. It is also very quiet and convenient for transportation. Although it is next to the train station, it will not be noisy at all!!It's💯 a 100% residence!

a complete and very well-equipped accommodation, peaceful decoration, very clean and comfortable bedding, everything is provided for a pleasant stay, a bakery and a small shop in the street, quality shops and restaurants nearby, the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, a novelty that is a real advantage in this weekend of June and very effective, the hosts are very responsive and available to get information about activities and the region even if the welcome book already tells you a lot about the surroundings, a place where we will come back again and again, an accommodation that we would not want to leave as we like it

Can’s place was perfect. Actually quite a large space for two persons. We had everything that we needed. We did not use the kitchen as went out all day. It is very handy to the tram to main attractions. A juice place is literally next door which made very handy. Can was super responsive , very accomodating , gave plenty of recommendations, booked our vip car ( we had big luggage) and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I will recommend his place.

The apartment is very nice and communication with Luca was straightforward and he responded quickly to messages. The area is pleasantly quiet and you can quickly get to the neighboring towns by public transport. We would come back anytime:)

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

This cottage was absolutely beautiful. My only negative is that we weren’t able to spend enough time there. The views, the sheep that visit, and the running hills. We stayed there for two nights as we were road tripping the south so the location was perfect for where we were going. Highly recommend this gorgeous place. We had minor issues locking the door (our fault) but Larus and husband arrived in minutes to assist. Thankyou both we can’t speak highly enough of this.

Like last time, we had a magical stay at Lake Thun & felt right at home. Thank you so much for everything!

Anna has created a perfect place to relax, here you can only feel comfortable. There are many spots that invite you to linger. You have perfect privacy, but it's not far from the action. The cottage is cozy, small and superbly equipped, nothing is missing. The communication with Anna is warm, you feel super taken care of. We didn't miss the WiFi or the TV, you can just switch off in peace, perfect for digital detox. Berta and Fernando (the two highland cattle) are immediately included in the heart. A perfect vacation for us!

We were incredibly comfortable from the first moment. The location is totally idyllic and just perfect to unwind. The view of the water, especially in the morning, but actually throughout the day, was always beautiful. Perfect for switching off and taking a deep breath. The little boat trip was a real highlight, just like the whirlpool and sauna, especially in the rainy weather. Almost like a little spa wellness day. The winter garden was also totally cozy. We played a lot there and just relaxed. Everything is lovingly designed, thoughtful and very well maintained. Fredrik and Patrik are great hosts, they always responded quickly, were super helpful and warm. We felt completely well taken care of and will definitely be happy to come back. We had a great time at Jennifer's place. Even with mixed weather in early June, the place provided enough space and opportunities (well equipped kitchen, spacey living room, sauna) to spend time even during rain.

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Stunning location for a peaceful getaway. Had the pleasure to spend 5 nights at the cottage for a mini-break. The house has everything you need for your stay and the beauty of the location speaks for itself. The icing on the cake is the private beach, great for the doggies and getting out on the water. Sure we'll be back!
