Vacation rentals with beach access in Europe

Hi Tom, It was a pleasure to stay at your place over the last few days. Everything was as described and many thanks for the extensive information on food recommendations and the surrounding area. It was so wonderful waking up to the fantastic views across the sea. The accommodation was just as described and we had a lovely time.

Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

Fefé was absolutely amazing! She was the best host you can ask for, communication was so on point. She gave me the best recommendations for all the places. Her place was spotless. Super super safe and secure as well! Very minimal steps to get to her place. My only call out would be it can get a little loud at night as her place is right above the port and a bar but Fefé has you covered with complimentary ear plugs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

June 2025 Just got back to UK a few days ago and again like last year what a fantastic apartment and Host SONIA 👏 This time took some more family and they absolutely loved it all location apartment and all you can want in a holiday Sonia is the best Host ever so friendly and whatever you ask she finds out for you always and fast 🏃‍♀️ checked in early and even the maid was brilliant 👏 All around there are restaurants bars beach ⛱️ areas with beds all so cheap in price 🙄 just below apartment coffee and brandy 3 euros how much more do you want You can walk forever along the promande and it's so peaceful ✌️ too special praise 👏 for Sonia always 🙏 Perfect 👌 Host xx cheers 🍻 Roy and family ESSEX UK

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Close enough to Positano to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, while being tucked away just enough to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are simply stunning, and there are fantastic local restaurants and bars within easy reach. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. They greeted us personally at check-in, made us feel completely at home, and had the room fully stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, water, wine, and juices. Roberto went above and beyond throughout our stay - from helping us arrange transportation to organizing a taxi back to Naples when we were having phone issues. Whatever we needed, they were there for us. The room was cleaned daily, and when we needed laundry done, they took care of that too. It was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mallorca with our 18 month old child. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The host and her husband were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the home itself had such an inviting feel and views. Each area and room felt part of a history film. Just beautiful! It was perfect for families, there were books, board games, a high chair, and even a fully equipped kitchen for the nights we chose to cook at home. The daily visits from the friendly cleaning lady kept everything spotless, which was such a treat! The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5 minute walk to great restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars. And the views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mallorca!

Our stay was amazing at the Garden Cottage, hosts were so kind and gave many recommendations about local restaurants/coffee shops, and everything Iceland. This was a benchmark for our AirBnb experiences, provided a special experience for us and our two young kids. Incredible stay, highly recommend

The stay in this Airbnb was amazing! The view is exactly like in the pictures, really beautiful! We also got clear instructions for the check-in which made it really easy and comfortable to get there. All in all we had a wonderful time and no complaints at all! ☀️

This accommodation is perfect for a quiet retreat with stunning views of mountains and the beach from an elevated position. Access is via some narrow steep lanes but well worth it. Modern property with all facilities and perfect for a couple. Reading a book on the outside terrace overlooking the magnificent scenery was a real treat.

What a lovely stay! We immediately had to take our own photos to show the family. The property is very well presented, and we were provided with fresh fruit and eggs on arrival. We also had access to the private garden (more like a forest), which led down to the river. An unexpected surprise! We recommend to anyone looking at this listing!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Bedroom very relaxing and peaceful, comfortable superking bed, ceiling to floor window, stunning views. Shower room, fabulous. Key box for property access and parking. I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments over the years and I have never experienced the professionalism, adaptability and helpfulness of our host Hélia. In addition, The apartment was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities and the extra touches of bottle of wine, water and tray of snacks are what makes this such a unique experience. I am not surprised that this apartment is always booked. Thank you

A stylish old apartment in a central yet quiet location. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. There are shops, restaurants, bars, a bus/tram stop and a rental station for the yellow Helsinki bikes right at the doorstep. Everything is very convenient!

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance to the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful swimming opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.
