The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The barrier-free apartment (60 m²) with balcony is perfectly located between the old town and the highway/industrial area. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel immediately comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the city center is a 5-minute walk.
