Villa vacation rentals in Euboea

We had an amazing stay at 1932 Melissi. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and contains everything you need. Extremely well located on the waterfront, with a small pool to cool off in the back. we had a lot of fun enjoying each corner of the property. Dini was a great host, very friendly and easy-going who offers a flexible check in and check out. Quickly responsive to all questions. we would highly recommend for a family or friend trip and would love to stay again!

Our family of four (two teenage daughters) enjoyed our stay tremendously. Hot temps but the air conditioners worked very well and fast. Very clean and comfy beds. So much space. Details to consider... elevator doesn't go to the top floor with the master bed/bath. Nightclub across the street at the end of the block, must not run consistently website says Friday and Saturday but only Friday for us. The bass was loud and foot traffic late. Mature trees surround the house so expect bird nose in the morning. We found the bathroom space ample. Large shower room on the pool floor, a full wet bathroom on the first floor, main floor has a powder room, another full bath with separate enclosed shower on the top floor. Great wifi and smart TVs. Pool was larger and deeper than we expected, wonderful! Ate at a lovely dumpling place nearby and numerous restaurants within blocks I wish we could have dined at. Mini markets and food carts super close. Metro about 4 blocks. We'd absolutely stay again!

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

Perfect brand new modern place. Easy communication with the landlord that has been very flexible and has accommodated all our wishes about checkout time ! What else ? Can only recommend ! Thank you !

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! This is a beautiful location with fabulous views and a wonderful outdoor grill and reading area adjacent to the pool complete with bathroom and dining table and dishes and utensils. The only negative for us is the distance from Andros/Chora, as the 30 minute winding narrow roads with steep dropoffs and little room for two lanes of cars. The drive was very stressful for us. We had a wonderful time and it was a beautiful setting. The hosts were extremely responsive, helping us find the place, and providing instructions to the washer and dishwasher.

Kyriakos is a very nice, attentive and responsive host. He is committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible and improving your experience. The house is very large, welcoming and quiet. Located about 30 minutes from the center of Athens, it is isolated which allows you not to be disturbed by the neighbors, however, taxis are easy to find and come to your door. Well-equipped, 6 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets in each of them. Supermarkets a few minutes' drive away allow you to shop. In short, a perfect house for a long weekend in Athens or even a week's vacation with friends or family, in order to have a peaceful and pleasant place from which to discover the city and its region.

We had a great time in a wonderful house. It is very privately located. Another house is located above it on the slope - but this was not occupied at the time of our trip. We traveled with six people and had a total of four double rooms and three bathrooms available. One of them is on the first floor. On the first floor, the layout is extremely spacious with a very well-equipped and functional kitchen. The house has a magnificent terrace, a wonderful garden and a magnificent swimming pool. It was pleasantly fresh, but not too cold. Everything makes a very neat and sparkling clean impression. We were in constant contact with the landlady and she always responded very helpfully to any questions within minutes. There are beautiful beaches nearby and good restaurants to discover on the island. Here, too, the tips were really valuable. Ideally, you need a rental car. In short, really great!

I can’t recommend this enough! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just like the pictures, spotless and very well located. I came here with a group of girls for my bachelorette and the two-apartment setup was great. We spent most of our time enjoying the private pool and forest views. There was a variety of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and the bus stop was just down the hill. Our host was available at all times with very helpful recommendations. She met us in person at the airport and brought fresh towels halfway through our stay. Only consideration for other groups would be the neighbors concern around quiet hours. We were approached by them a few times early in our stay as they were very eager to enforce quiet hours from 11pm to dawn. We didn’t have any issues sticking to this, but might be something to note if you are looking for a hen do/stag location.

The place is wonderful, the view is magnificent. A car is needed.

Olga was a very responsive host. Amazing location with stunning sunsets. Great location to explore the island. 10mins drive from port with lots of restaurants and shops. Recommend suitable 4x4 to explore the island, given there are dirt roads. Highly recommend Kea and this stunning villa.

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week at this beautiful property. There are wonderful views from every window and the property feels very private and a real retreat. The owner has furnished the house simply and stylishly to complement the surroundings and we found the rooms very comfortable - a real home from home! The property has a fabulous pool and the option to walk down to two little beaches right next to the house for a dip in the sea. Although the spot is quite breezy, this would be delightfully cooling in the Greek Summer heat. The house was also great base for exploring southern Evia - Karystos is a short 10/15 min drive and we explored Ochi, the Dimosari gorge and lots (and lots) of secluded beaches as well as spending some days relaxing at the house as it was too nice to leave! Best airbnb I have ever booked. If you are looking for a peaceful place close to the beach to spend with family and friends then this is the place for you. Yannis was a perfect host very friendly he directed us and recommended the best places to eat. The house was clean and the swimming pool was huge and very clean. I Will definitely visit again☺️

This property was gorgeous. Very modern and the pool was amazing. Very private yet a short walk to some restaurants and cafes. Communication with the host was great. Provided local recommendations for cafes, groceries and dining.

We stayed with the family in George's place. He was immediately very friendly and hospitable. She even gave us a taste of an exquisite homemade cheese. The house is exactly as described on the site. It is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a garden where I could even pick great figs and lemons. The only small problem is that the house is attached to the road that connects the port to the western part of the island and therefore, despite being totally immersed in the greenery affected by the noise of cars and scooters. But this absolutely does not disturb the night's rest as the double windows are very well insulating. Overall we are very happy with our stay in George's place.

Lovely villa in a fabulous location. Is a little hike with the suitcases if they are heavy from the port but well worth it. Even though building either side it was very quiet and didn’t realise it was going on. The view from pool is lovely. Local restaurants are very nice recommended by Nassia. Can even walk all around the harbour and little town. A local supermarket 5 mins walk which has everything you need. So no need for car hire a few back packs were enough. Has everything you need in the villa for an enjoyable stay. Nassia is quick to respond to any questions. Would Recommend this Villa. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. One thing would say definitely book the ferry as they get very full indeed.

We stayed 10 days at Alex's Villa. It was absolutely amazing! Great view over the saronian gulf, small and large amoni beach. Both the beaches are a good starting point for snorkeling. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The villa is also a good starting point for discovering the east of Peloponnes. We visited Korinthos, Mykene, Nafplio, Korfos and Epidavros. One day we spent to see Athens of course. The area is very quite and chilly. We liked that a lot. There is one great restaurant in walking distance. We spend most of the evenings there. Alex and his mother are always available in case of questions. The house has everything that you need when traveling with kids - pool! ;), washing machine, dish washer, ... We really liked it a lot and would love to come back one day.
