Vacation rentals with beach access in Euboea

We had an absolutely lovely time at Eleni's apartment! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is unbeatable-just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy swims in the morning as well as being able to eat breakfast outside whilst looking at the sea. It's really peaceful but also so close to lots of restaurants and bars as well as the local shop. Eleni was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided a lovely welcome basket of local treats for our arrival. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene beachside escape!

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Το δωμάτιο (D1) ήταν πανέμορφο με εκπληκτική θέα στην θάλασσα. Ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και λίγο καλύτερο. Το κρεβάτι με την τζαμαρία και την θέα στην θάλασσα, το μπάνιο που είχε οπτική επαφή με τον χώρο του κρεβατιού, το τζακούζι στην τεράστια βεράντα με την μαγευτική θέα, με εντυπωσίασαν, και έδιναν μία αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ζευγάρια. Με το τζακούζι υπήρχε μόνο ένα πρόβλημα όταν φτάσαμε, αλλά μόλις ενημερώσαμε την ιδιοκτήτη μας εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Am avut o vacanta minunată in aceasta locație, unde nu ne- a lipsit nimic. O gazdă primitoare, caldă, ne- a stat la dispoziție pentru orice solicitare. Apartamentul cu toate dotările de care am avut nevoie, curat si cu o poziționare extraordinara. Practic ,de pe terasa intri in mare. Si peste toate acestea .. liniștea de care avem atata nevoie.

Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice restaurants at walking distance and free parking on the street. Our flight arrived late at night and Michail had been checking in to ensure easy checkin. Looking forward to future stays.

It was a last minute decision to spend one day and night in Itea during our road trip. We now wish it was longer. We fell in love with Itea at first sight. And Efi’s place…I can’t describe with words. It was very easy to find and park. Unloading and unpacking was super fast as there was a very large elevator. The flat was clean and tidy. All the small details and tiny gifts made us happy. And the view in the balcony… it’s beyond words… We spent the whole afternoon and evening, and even some of the next morning on the beach right next to the house, so I can’t say much about the restaurants but it was super easy to find nice supermarkets to cook and eat. See you next time Efi. Cuz we are sure there will be another visit. 👋❤️☘️

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Πήγαμε μια παρέα τριών ατόμων και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Η Ιωάννα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και προσεγμένος. Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή για όσους επιθυμούν να κάνουν περιηγήσεις με αυτοκίνητο στις γύρω περιοχές και είναι ιδιαίτερα ήσυχη.

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος ! Ο κύριος Βασίλης άψογος . Ωραία τοποθεσία με φοβερή θέα . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We stayed at Paulo's little apartment for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is compact but clean and very usable. It had a comfortable bed and pull out couch, a small kitchen (in which we successfully prepared two meals) and a clean bathroom that had a good, hot shower. The absolute highlight of this listing is the private beach, which is everything you might imagine. Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The water was wonderful and calm for a swim. All in all I highly recommend this place for a break. We will certainly look to return soon.

Had an amazing few weeks at Ioannis’s place. Super clean, super comfortable. It’s perfect if you want to get away and relax for a few weeks. The towns nearby aren’t walkable but fine if you have a hire car they’re about a 10 minute drive away, they’ve got great bakeries and food stores for restocking the flat. The closest and best restaurant we had dinner at was “Tavern Bakoutis Nikolaos”. Best meat grilled dinners ever!! (And lots of cats). The pool is bigger than the pictures make it seem and it’s very clean with a pump to filter out leaves etc. Ioannis provides sun loungers which are great on a sunny day. Overall Ioannis is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests happiness, he brought us fish he and his wife had made for lunch as well as giving us recommendations about areas nearby. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants a quiet place to relax and live the Grecian lifestyle.

Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες,πανέμορφος χώρος,άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε!

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Had a great stay at the apartment! Our stay was short and we definitely wished we stayed longer as the place was very beautiful and comfortable and felt like home! The host was very responsive and welcoming and helped us with anything extra we needed. Also one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Will definitely be back!

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Ideale locatie vlakbij het vliegveld, het strand en leuke restaurants. Alles bij de hand! De communicatie was geweldig, super vriendelijk, snel en betrokken. Dit was de tweede keer dat we met plezier hier mochten verblijven. Tot de volgende keer!

l'alloggio era perfetto e molto comodo per raggiungere tutte le parti più interessanti della Grecia classica grazie alla posizione centrale vicino a Corinto. nella zona ci sono ottime taverne per mangiare e collegamenti facili con tutte le autostrade. la pulizia dell' alloggio era impeccabile così come i servizi. Mario è stato disponibilissimo fin dall'inizio per ogni nostra richiesta dalla prenotazione fino al check out :) consigliamo vivamente questo posto tranquillo.

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

Schöner als erwartet - das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger

Marilena est une personne soucieuse de ses voyageurs. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Tant dans la communication, les recommandations et la prestation qu'elle offre. Merci aussi aux habitants de nous avoir accueilli toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'on souhaitait ( marche, plage, visite d'Athenes, plaisir gustatif, baignade, bain de soleil..).

Nikos place is in a great location for exploring the Peloponnese. His property is exactly like the listing beautifully presented with all the amenities you could wish for. Nicos is a great host nothing is too much trouble he is polite helpful and always answers quickly. We will return in the future.
