You will have your own heated saltwater pool that overlooks the canal and dock, here you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This quiet duplex home is decorated in a breezy beachy style. We added all the amenities you need. To give you more peace of mind we just installed all new storm windows and slider doors, along with a new air conditioner after completing our construction.

It sits on a beautiful waterfront property with a dock, old well, tropical plants, a fire pit and the original stairs leading down to the waters edge. A charcoal grill, bikes, a canoe, and paddle boards are also on premises for your use at bo additional charge!
