Very beautiful finca style house with lake and sea view and pool. Fully renovated. Situated in a quiet and protected area just a few minutes car or bike ride from the most beautiful beaches of the island and the best restaurants, bars and shops in La Savina, S. Francesc and in Espujols. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . A living and dining room with open kitchen and many outdoor spaces. Lots of terraces and exterior dining area. 180° lake and sea-view and to the east and the west.

We are located in the center of the island, 300 meters from the square of the church of Sant Francesc Xavier and 50 meters from the bus stop. It is a place with a variety of shops and supermarkets and with a good selection of bars and restaurants, with easy access to the island's beaches. My accommodation is ideal for couples. With its own terrace, kitchen and bathroom for exclusive use and a separate entrance.
