Walk to shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Harbor is a couple blocks away. I live upstairs and I’m happy to offer advice on restaurants, sights to see and local history. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

The Home is centrally located and within walking distance of historic sites/attractions, restaurants, the ocean, bars/pubs and live music. Consisting of 12 rooms , 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a common dining area, old family "hall", backyard patio/smoking area and remodeled kitchen for private events. The Daniels House is considered a Bed and Breakfast home and is registered with the city of Salem Reg# 1116.

The room has a double bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has wide, old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb.

Our home is a rather unique and very updated 100+ year old Victorian in a historic neighborhood in Medford. There is convenient access to Boston either by car or by public transportation. We hope you'll enjoy the comfy queen sleigh bed, large open dresser, and loads of other amenities our home provides. While we do offer various teas and coffee to our guests, we don’t offer breakfast or food items generally. But you may use the kitchen if you so choose!
