An absolutely stunning riad with the most amazing view from the terrace. Hasna and Sadia were brilliant our entire stay, Adil was also so helpful and accommodating- particularly with our super-late arrival. A gorgeous place to stay.

There were 6 of us and we all greatly appreciated the dialogue (via the app) with Dominique. The charming Hayat was waiting for us and had prepared the evening meal. Every morning she offered us her beautiful smile while preparing the delicious breakfast. The Riad is sublime. Wonderful stay at Dominique's.

Hana’s place was an awesome place to stay in the heart of the Medina. It made our time in Essaouria so memorable and had everything we needed. My partner was working throughout and the wifi was great. Hana had tons of restaurant and cafe recommendations for us and we felt right at home in our 2 week stay.

The house is beautiful and is in the center of the medina, next to all the shops and restaurants. You could walk to the wall and the beach.

The apartment is very tasteful and beautiful, well situated in the medina. Be advised that the seagulls in Essaouira are loud, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The place speaks for itself and Julie is a great host, with the help of Khadija! we loved everything about the house, and the view it's priceless. We can't wait to go back to Essaouira

Wonderful typical RIAD in the Medina. Friendly telephone approach from Mehdi, owner of the premises, who lives in France a week before our departure. Impeccable check-in method. The stewardship of the Riad is managed by the very friendly Tourya, who is incredibly kind and always available. His advice was very useful and his breakfasts and dishes to order were excellent. The Ryad is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spread over three floors, offering comfortable rooms and a beautiful terrace. It is ideally located in a quiet alley of the medina, a short walk to the beach and the port. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly equipped, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We loved the friendly atmosphere and the attention to detail. This Ryad is a real gem that we highly recommend for a memorable stay in Essaouira. We will definitely go back! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Perfect. Perfect retreat in the middle of the lively medina to recharge. There was also a suitable place for each of us in the house itself. Perfect starting point for any activities. Pleasant colors, pleasant ambience. Everything you think you can need. The journey to Morocco is a part of the experience. Not to forget the well-heard calls of the muezzin, which simply round off the overall picture. I'll be back 100% for my next stay in Morocco.

The Riad in Essaouira was amazing. Specialy the view from the roof was great. We liked our stay in the middle of the little city, essaouira, a lot and will definitely book again with this host. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

We were 7 girlfriends, staying for 1 week. The location and quality of the accommodation allow for a variety of activities both in groups and solo. The staff, whether it's KAMAR the manager, the young women who help her, the suggested service providers (drivers, guide, etc.) are very kind and efficient. The bedding is very comfortable, and I won't say more because the whole service is perfect. This stay in Essaouira, in the Medina, assures us that in the world there are still places where benevolence, despite a certain poverty, is de rigueur! Thank you all for this beautiful stay! A true oasis in the heart of the Medina !! Very charming and nice Riad. Calm and clean, everything was just perfect. The garden is just awesome.

Perfect stay for a few days! Has everything you need. The alleyway entrance was a bit off putting at first - but the house is beautiful, and it’s perfectly safe. The neighbours are kind and friendly. We enjoyed are stay.

We had a very nice stay with Nourredine and Aicha as a family of 10. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home on this lovingly prepared property and garden. The children were happy in the pool and the adults were also able to enjoy and relax in the peace and quiet. The proximity to Essaouira invites you to day trips to the city. We had an amazing stay at Riad Al Qadar, I would definitely recommend it. We were a big group of 16 people and it was so spacious, each of us had a big bedroom with our own ensuite. The outdoor area and garden is so lovely, we ate most of our meals outside. We arranged for the house to provide us one dinner which was great. There was a misunderstanding with the location of the house initially, when I booked it showed the house in Essaouira medina. We had friends book separate accomodation in the medina which meant they had to cancel and rebook somewhere near Riad Al Qadar which is 30 minute drive from the medina. This was not ideal but Khadija and Franck organised rental cars for us all, so it worked out in the end. I definitely recommend hiring a car to get around. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

the house is prettier than in the pictures. The house is very large and with a beautiful terrace. The caretaker Larbi and Caz the owner are very available and nice. You can ask Aicha Larbi's sister ( does not speak French) to clean you and eat morning and evening for €20/day ( without the products), a real plus. You can walk down to the beach 15 min but not easy for people with reduced mobility. In the village there are donkeys and goats walking around, it's very nice. The village is not very clean like many in Morocco. Essaouira ( very nice) is 25min drive and Sidi Kouaki 5 min(unclean beaches and lots of people in August). Caz, I think we should put the small options in the rental price for more clarity and simplification( hammam, surfboards... ). I recommend this lovely house if you want calm and a change of scenery!

Beautiful house, very nice. We particularly appreciated Hanane and Abdou's kindness and goodwill. They do everything they can to help the tenants of the house, Abdou came to shop with us, took a few of us to the Hammam, took the teens to surf, found us reasonable taxis. Hanane prepared delicious meals for us and took care of the house of our laundry. We had a great stay, very relaxing. The house is a few kilometers from the town of Essaouira and in a very quiet environment. It's a good idea to rent a car so you can get around more easily. We were 10 people and chose to get around by taxi or bus, which are easy to organize/find.

The palace is worthy of the greatest palaces you see on TV, it is clean, perfectly furnished, with great taste, in a magical environment. Nicolas is very helpful and available. He gave me all the information to organize a dream trip. Thank you very much.

Wonderful stay! The Villa is just perfect. There is nothing missing inside and the house is beautiful. The courtyard is just as nice with a beautiful pool and spaces to eat and relax. The whole family loved it. We must also highlight the exceptional welcome and service received on site by Mohammed and Fatima. They do everything necessary so that we have everything we need and give good advice. Their meals are excellent. They are two very friendly people that we loved to hang out with. The kids are already missing them! Online reception via Airbnb by the Aadari siblings was also very good. They were great tips. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a little paradise near Essaouira.

From the outset our experience was simply superb. Sebastian went above and beyond with information and even organised transport and provided numerous recommendations. The house itself is breath-taking, with stunning and well maintained grounds. The pool and terraces are a highlight. We had a delicious breakfast that greeted us every morning but the lovely Hanane. She will even make lunches and dinners if required. The villa is superbly located, just 15 minutes to Essaouira and 10 to Sidi Kaouki - surfers paradise. Essaouira itself is charming - very relaxed, great shopping and restaurants and wonderful people. We spent a very pleasant day at Jardin des Douers which we’d highly recommend. We hope to return.
