Enjoy the comfort of this home and film it. The house is in a nice and quiet residential complex,where there is also a community pool, which you can use for free. With a leisurely stroll, you'll find everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the beautiful white sand beach. The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in closet, the living room a sofa bed for 2 people, an open kitchen/dining room with direct access to the terrace.

It is 1.5 km from downtown Gran Tarajal and 3.5 km from Las Playitas; quiet fishing villages, with incredible black beaches, off the beaten tourist route. Bus stop and bike path very close. Super, restaurants, pharmacies and health center nearby. Ideal location to visit the entire island, both north and south. Places of interest: La Entallada Lighthouse, Sotavento Beach, volcano routes and trails.
