It is an alpine-style loft with a mezzanine. The front is all glazed, which gives us a unique view of the mountain range, Cerro 21 and La Hoya in the distance, with Nahuel Pan in the background, making us feel as if we were inside a fairy tale. It is a new and modern property, with an industrial-type construction, with wood and details in black iron, it seems that it is taken from a movie without a doubt. Feeling the warmth of the firewood is a magical part of our stay.

Our apartment, located 9 blocks from downtown on Av. Alvear, is designed to make you feel comfortable and safe. We have Municipal Commercial Permit No. 7672. We offer space for up to 4 people, with a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room with LED TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower, parking with bars and enclosed patio with a grill for barbecues. Mamma has a wonderful view of our mountains and was totally remodeled in 2023. On the ground floor you have the kitchen with a large living room with a wood-burning salamander, a bow-window as a work area and a full bathroom. On the top floor the double room, a second bedroom and bathroom with shower. All dishes, equipment and beds are brand new and we facilitate sheets, cushions and towels. Mamma House has Wi-Fi, independent alarm, and free parking.
