It is an alpine-style loft with a mezzanine. The front is all glazed, which gives us a unique view of the mountain range, Cerro 21 and La Hoya in the distance, with Nahuel Pan in the background, making us feel as if we were inside a fairy tale. It is a new and modern property, with an industrial-type construction, with wood and details in black iron, it seems that it is taken from a movie without a doubt. Feeling the warmth of the firewood is a magical part of our stay.

La casa está totalmente equipada y tiene lugar descubierto para dejar el auto. Sabrina y el coanfitrión Miguel Angel respondieron rápido y amablemente a nuestras inquietudes. Buena calefacción y limpieza. Sábanas y toallas ok. Se encuentra a unas 8 cuadras del centro en un barrio muy tranquilo. Volveríamos en el futuro.

Nido Sureño fue realmente una experiencia impecable! Está exquisitamente todo pensado, muy cómodo, muy hermoso. Uno se siente en casa. Fueron unos días increíbles cerca del Parque Nacional. Fabian nos dio excelente recomendaciones y aprovechamos nuestra estadía al máximo. Marcela también fue muy amable con nosotros. Gracias! Definitivamente volveríamos a Nido Sureño! Lo recomendamos!

A casa é super confortável, tinhamos tudo que precisávamos na cozinha (até um termo e mate lara levarmos para a trilha!), a casa é super quentinha e bem localizada. Éramos um casal e dormimos no quarto com a cama maior e ficamls muito bem acomodados. A casa é perto da avenida principal, tem um espaço externo privativo, ficamos muito bem acomodados. Check in e check out foram super rapidos e facilitados. Tudo ótimo!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms are upstairs: full bed and an adjacent sector with 2 seaman beds. Spacious placares. The bathroom OK. Below, the kitchen OK, although some utensils would be missing, such as a bowl or salad, kitchen knife and a larger dish drainer. The point to improve is the WiFi, since sometimes it does not have Internet and when connected, it is very slow. But the overall balance of the apartment is very positive. It has its own parking. I recommend it.

Excellent stay. The apartment is very well located, it has everything you need to stay and be comfortable and quiet. Both Maria Rosa and Oscar, very attentive; I had a problem with the car and they helped me solve it. 100% recommended.

This is a wonderful air bnb! It feels like a nest full of light and great amenities. It was very clean, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious… I wouldn’t change a thing. We had such a nice stay that we promptly booked another stay for when we pass through town next. I highly recommend this place.

Kamila is a great host, very responsive with communications. Her place is also very nice, she has put thought into making it comfortable, with everything you need. It is a great space and you feel like you are in the country even though it is in the city. The bed is comfortable and linens are nice. The place was a little tricky to find at first, but she met me there to make sure I found it.

"Mamá Inés" Apartment

Estuvimos casi una semana en esta casita. Estaba limpia, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, articulos de limpieza, cama muy confortable, almohadas y sábanas impecables. El internet funciona muy bien! La comunicación con Estefania fue muy buena, es rápida en contestar tus solicitudes. Nos ofreció servicio de lavandería y fue un éxito, ropa con olor riquísimo. El patio es adorable. La zona es tranquila, cercana a todo, buen parking. El único punto a tomar en cuenta es que hay un pastor alemán justo al lado del patio que tiene un potente y constante ladrido si estás en ese espacio, pero puedes avisarle a Estef que estarás allí y ella te resuelve. Volveríamos sin duda. Gracias Estef.
