The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

The place is comfortable, nice and in excellent condition. The place is 20 minutes away from Manuel Antonio without the congestion of Quepos The host is friendly and always attentive to answer any questions or needs. Highly recommended place.

We had a great short stay at Lilly’s place. One of the few with a private pool which was awesome for our daughters. Well equipped and comfortable. Living area can get warm as the AC units are in the bedrooms only but ceiling fans help. Overall recommend staying here if in the Parrita/Esterillos area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were celebrating a momentous occasion, and the host left a delicious bottle of champagne along with fresh fruit. This was such a special touch and helped to make our stay even that much more enjoyable. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beach view was the wonderful cherry on top! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to others, as it was a lovely experience for us. Sending a big thanks to the host!

As others have stated, the pictures really don't do this place justice! You have both a private pool and relaxing balcony, along with a beautiful beach beckoning through the trees. It was the perfect place for our family of five to unwind. Each kid got their own bed upstairs while mom and dad had some privacy downstairs. Gregory was extremely helpful with friendly advice, local recommendations and was even willing to lend us a machete to open up coconuts. Our daughter enjoyed walking down the beach to the surf camps where she took a lesson, although I would recommend some good sandals or water shoes for the pebbled areas that are unavoidable at high tide. I would caution swimmers to be very careful at low tide -- we got caught in a strong current pulling us towards some scary rocks. I'd recommend swimming at high tide or further down the beach. Overall a spectacular stay at a rare find right on the beach. And Gregory was great host.

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Super cute and convenient! Thoughtful design, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and laundry was a real bonus! Surprisingly quiet and private as well. Hosts were wonderful, patient, helpful and acommodating. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

Hi Jessica. Thank you so much for the seamless and wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much! Romelia is a spectacular host!! And her place matches her personality, warm and friendly. Also, the place was very clean and comfortable, so we felt right at home. l would go back any chance l get and....let's not forget about the view!!! 😍

Dominical was our favorite place to stay & it was great meeting the hosts. We were lucky enough to be recommended great restaurants & would definitely be back here. We were able to park the car in the private parking and walk everywhere (beach, restaurants, shops etc), which was great !!

We had an exceptional 3 nights. Everything was very clean, the bed is very large and very comfortable. The pool is ideal and the view is breathtaking, you can see the waves crashing on the sand and you are lulled by the sound of the waves. We had a wasp nest concern and Osa Property resolved our concern in just a few hours. They are very responsive and attentive. We fell in love with this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to the national park and the beach, as well as several restaurants and bars. Our gps said we were there before we arrived-You’ll be turning on beach park trail rd that may not look like a road you can drive on, but it is.

Denis's place is just as described. Very private, feels safe, close to everything in Dominical but tucked away in a small residential area. Easy walk to the beach. We kept our surfboards in the locked property without issue. Rented a car for a few days and did not have issues with parking. The bus was very clean, and had everything we needed for basic cooking on two hot plates. Denia and her husband are kind, very responsive and proactive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place! Cosy & clean. Quite remote but situated right on the beach with an amazing coastline. Would definitely recommend for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay.

Highly recommended, the kitchen is very well equipped and the space is very clean and tidy. We could walk to the beach and there were also good restaurants nearby

Sebastian’s house is stunning and pristine—we were amazed by the proximity to the gorgeous, clean, almost empty beach—maybe the most beautiful beach we’ve seen. The water was clear and warm—we played for hours in the shallow water and waves. Our host Veronica was very responsive and lovely. Our one word of advice is to rent the entire house with friends or family since it is a shared home with communal spaces. We were not aware of this when we originally booked. We would love to return with traveling companions!
