Dear guests! My house is in the center of the city, on the street of university street; it is 5 minutes away from Anatolian university, 5 minutes away from Espark shopping center, 10 minutes away from train station and 1 minute away from university street where restaurants are located, 10 minutes away from bars street and islands along the water. Tram and bus stops are 3 minutes away from home. There's all the stuff you might need in a home. If you want to stay in the city's vibrant, friendly,safe, and clean, you can easily choose =)

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. You will stay in a safe and clean place 250 meters to the train station, 200 meters to Espark Shopping Mall, 100 meters to the bar street, in the very center of everything you are looking for. Our building was built in 2021 and completely earthquake resistant, you can pay special attention to this and have a stay with peace of mind in the houses where you will stay.
