The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house has 4 beds, a double bed in the living room and 2 bunk beds in the sleeping alcove, upper bed 90 cm and underbed 120 cm. Bedlinen and towels are available. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The guest house is located in the host's garden and has access to a separate patio that is only for guests. There is a barbecue that you share with the landlord. The house is suitable for 2 adults with or without children. Cleaning is not included.

In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.

Newly renovated house of 60 square meters on two floors with all the amenities you need. The house has two bedrooms, one larger master bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. Lovely living room with lots of light and large kitchen fully equipped.
