We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area . Well equipped and essentials supplied like toilet rolls and shampoo etc . Kitchen well equipped . Very easy to get on RER train to Disney . Trains every 10 mins and only 2 stops so short journey time of 6 mins . Great Carrefour supermarket around corner . We had 2 cars , space provided in carpark under apartment for 1 and we parked other car in secure carpark opposite Carrefour for €15 for 24hr period . Hosts were very good at communicating with us and checked we had arrived safely and gained entrance. Clear instructions to enter building and apartment . Our grandson loved the wooden tool bench and the nerf guns . Highly recommend this apartment if going to Disney Paris or into central Paris too . Lots of restaurants close by . We had a Chinese takeaway from around the corner. Lovely Boulangerie close by too . All in all a great place to stay 👍😃

A lovely stay at Emerik's place. Great location for walking around and finding restaurants. The place was very clean and comfy to stay in. Would definitely book again if in Paris.

Beautiful flat and a great location with easy access to Metro. Morning coffee on the balcony was special. Jerome was super cool and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again.

Dominique’s place was wonderful - a great location with plenty of suggestions from the host. The space was clean and comfortable, with a really homely vibe. Dominique was communicative - proactive and responsive - alongside going above and beyond what a host would typically do. We can’t wait to come and stay again!

This apartment easily achieves a TEN OUT OF TEN RATING !!! It positively checks off every box I can think of for a truly extraordinary lodging experience. This is THE PLACE for anyone who enjoys modern furnishings, seemingly endless comfortable seating options, the gentle feel of walking on parquet flooring, a large bed with wonderfully soft linens, rainwater showering and deep tub soaking options, in unit washer & dryer, a rejuvenating massage chair, a Japanese toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, balcony access, internet access, insulating quietness despite an active city five stories below and direct elevator access. The host, Daniel, personally welcomed us, listened to our interests, and made superb recommendations. He was always available by phone and email. Hands down, I cannot think of ANYWHERE in Paris I would rather stay, and will seek availability on my return.

Very nice stay! I can recommend to everyone Marie and Cecile as a host. The accomodation very well described and fullfilled our expectation! 😊 They have provided access to accomodation far before check in time and that help us a lot because we were in tourist visit with our baby. That saved us one more day of enjoyment in Paris and we are thankful!

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a lovely evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This house exudes a warm atmosphere that delights both adults and children thanks to the outdoor space. i highly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

Very pleasant stay in a spacious house ideal for accommodating many travelers. Excellent communication beforehand, I highly recommend if you want to spend a stay in Seine-et-Marne.

I can't express our joy when we arrive at the villa's gate. Words aren't enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is great 👍 Flexible check-in, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a relaxing moment for adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For meal times, outside and inside we shared good times around a large table yet we were 15 people In short, I highly recommend this villa which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well arranged. Outside, children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.

The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, grocery stores, and shops. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed.
