Welcome to our pretty 2 1/2-room apartment in Ermatingen, 20 Met. from Lake Constance away. We have been renting it for 14 years. The living space of the apartment is about 65 square meters and is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei.
