The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. 3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

Accessible bungalow right on lake B2 (2-6p)

This accessible bungalow is good for families, seniors, handicapped people. Beach and all amenities can be used by all guests of our homes. 3 Bungalows total for up to 20 pers. Also bookable as a group accommodation. No pets are allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. Deposit €250 euros is required by destruction.

A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort with two thermal baths is 10 minutes away by car. For sports enthusiasts: cycling, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, ski tours, paragliding, ice skating. 40 minutes to Italy and Slovenia.
