This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The beautiful apartment offers about 45 m² of living space with a living room with TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom has a box spring bed (180 × 200 cm). Towels, sheets and a separate entrance are included. Parking is possible on the opposite side of the street. The Türkenfeld S-Bahn is about 5 km away, Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.
