The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

We are ideally located for visiting Brittany: 1.5 hours to the north coast, the south coast and the Brocéliande Forest.
