We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

In the grounds of the Old Schoolhouse sits our luxurious lodge. Separate from the main house. The newly decorated and refreshed Lodge comprises of 1 bedroom(with kingsize bed) open planned lounge with table & seating area. Bathroom consists of a shower & WC, there is an addition with a beautiful relaxing Sauna, Views through the large bi fold doors of the rolling Essex countryside with the most spectacular sunsets on the horizon. You can enjoy an evening firepit or breakfast on the patio.

The Annex

A modern self contained Annex in beautiful epping forest, perfect stay for walkers or attending nearby wedding venues. A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views . Sky TV and WiFi . Small kitchen area with fridge , microwave kettle and toaster. Private access to property and parking

This self contained studio was an old garage, now with all you need for a short stay in the Essex countryside or a tube ride into central London it’s an ideal location. East London has so much to offer and your stay here comes with your own parking and a very unique and quirky place to relax and kick back. Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
