Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

Notre charmant gîte Ker Louisa peut accueillir 4 voyageurs. Tout confort et charme assuré...En campagne entre Saint-Malo et le Mont Saint-Michel, le gîte fait 60 m2 et est composé d' un salon séjour avec cuisine tout équipée, une salle de bain avec WC, buanderie et 2 chambres à l'étage, avec chacune un lit double. Vous aurez également accès à une terrasse à l'extérieur de 20 m2 avec barbecues ainsi qu'un grand jardin de 1000 m2 avec une piscine hors sol

Nous vous proposons à la location, dans le bourg de Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, cette charmante longère. Rénovée en 2024 et d’une superficie de 90 m², pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Elle est composée d’une jolie pièce à vivre de 45 m², d'une cuisine équipée, de deux belles chambres, 1 salle de bain, WC séparés et vous pourrez profiter d’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². Wifi, draps et serviettes inclus, vous n'avez plus qu'à déposer vos valises !

Pour un séjour dans un cadre verdoyant et très calme. Cuisine équipée, joli coin de jardin donnant sur un petit étang. Barbecue pour l'été et cheminée pour l'hiver (bois fourni). Idéalement situé pour de nombreux circuits touristiques (Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard …). Pour les plus jeunes , ils pourront profiter à proximité de la base de loisirs de la foret de Villecartier (accrobranches, balade en mini bateaux …).

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
