Our stay in Normandy was simply amazing. From the first moment we felt welcome thanks to Sonia, a wonderful hostess, who welcomed us very hospitably. The location is perfect: quiet and relaxed, ideal to unwind. The beach is close by, which is wonderful for a walk or a relaxing afternoon. The house itself offers plenty of space and has all the comforts. The TV room is perfect for cozy evenings together, and the extensive kitchen invites you to cook for yourself. The presence of a washing machine was also very useful during our stay. The jacuzzi was absolutely a highlight — what a luxury to relax like that under the stars! All in all, this stay was really great. We loved the atmosphere, the tranquility and the hospitality. Definitely a place to come back to!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Brian and Jeanette are the perfect hosts. If you want to be surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside this is a wonderful spot. The location is great, close to the coast and many interesting towns and villages. The local bar tabac is definitely worth a stop for a beer or coffee. There is plenty to explore but if you just want to relax then hanging out at Apple Tree Gites is a great option. We will be back.

We had a great time at this place! The house is as described, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is quiet. Hosts were very welcoming, available, and responsive. We highly recommend this address and would not hesitate to return!

Very nice accommodation, nicely decorated with a beautifully flowered garden, a nice pool during hot weather and a Nordic bath perfect for relaxing. Everything you need is available, and more. Caroline always responded to our messages very quickly and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Thank you again so much:) We'd love to come back!

The extended weekend was magical, the hosts are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Special mention for the hearty breakfast, the soothing setting and Sophie's travel and outing recommendations in a very clear book. The information is useful and saves us valuable time. Sophie's husband is also very attentive and took all our requests into account. They ensure the smooth running of the spa on a daily basis. We rented the loft with a hot tub and it will be a memorable stay. Go for it, you won't regret it :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the cottage. A few days in the area were spent with our dog visiting Saint Malo, Mont St Michel, lunch in Saint-Suliac and a local walk along the river. We loved the pretty enclosed garden and enjoyed having our breakfast there whilst listening to the birds. We really appreciated the home from home feel, the comfy beds and the crisp white linens. Many thanks again Fiona for putting some groceries in for us, this was really very kind and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

Where to start with this review.. this is hands down the best air bnb we’ve ever found and i’m so glad we came across it. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely stunning. Our dogs loved the garden which was fully enclosed. The interior had great attention to detail, the kitchen was amazing to cook in and we really felt so at home here. Location wise it was within perfect distance from everywhere we wanted to visit (Granville, St Malo, Mont Saint-Michel) and had fab amenities within 10-15 minutes. The closest bakery was a 3 minute car ride. One of our highlights were the neighbours who we feel deserve a special shout out - Lesley and Rene went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it. They also gave us some great recommendations for dog walks, beaches and local markets. We’d of been lost without them, so thank you Lesley and Rene. Don’t think twice about booking this place! Our stay was fantastic. The house and the garden are very vast and equipped with every commodity. It was extremely calm. The owners are exceptionally friendly and gave us plenty of advice about places we should visit in the region. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in spending a calm weekend and discovering the Bretagne region.

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, close to the coastal trail and Mont Saint Michel. Dominique is very considerate and gives good advice for activities (crossing with guide, restaurants, sites...) A beautiful enclosed garden and especially the tranquility.

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

Beautiful quiet and peaceful environment, in a very nice little house, very well-equipped kitchen, with the ideal garden for relaxing and which was the joy of our dog! Farida and her daughter were very welcoming.

Fantastic and comfortable. The beds also were comfy. The area, immediate neighbors, etc, absolutely perfect.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the cozy cottage of Lilli and Edouard. You felt very comfortable right away and the facilities are great. The house has been lovingly renovated and you are there all by yourself, including a private garden where we could harvest delicious raspberries and cherries every day. The hosts were always available and had tips for things to do in the area. La Richardais is a nice, quiet place on the Rance with a small harbor, beach, restaurant, bakery and supermarket. Dinard and Saint-Malo are just around the corner, which is also great. We fell in love with Brittany and will definitely be back!

Exceptional accommodation, very well-equipped, comfortable and in addition, a large flowery courtyard overlooking the valley. What more could you ask for on vacation! Close to several beautiful villages and St. Malo. Thank you so much to Soïzic and Delphine for the oil, condiments, coffee and Marseille soap… all small touches that warm the heart.

A lovely old property beautifully renovated, decorated and furnished, super-comfortable bed and lots of drawers - so unusual these days! Particularly liked the double basin in the bathroom - and yet more drawers beneath. Location is quiet which is good but means you can’t easily walk to shops or restaurants. But for getting to Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and the granite coast by car it’s very well situated. We had a lovely time - thank you to Valerie and Alan

You can see Mont Saint-Michel from afar, you can experience the pastoral style, the landlord is also very welcoming and friendly, it would be better if the curtains in the living room were completely blocking, the sunlight is really strong!

Joelle was very friendly, helpful and practically always approachable. The tips we got from her were very helpful. We would recommend Joëlle again and again! Another booking there would be possible.

A very nice accommodation in a very quiet area. Everything is equipped and Jacques is very welcoming and very friendly. A place to remember and I recommend it. Good place.
