La estadía en lo de Paula fue perfecta , puede dejar mi vehículo en la cochera (paga) del mismo edificio con facilidad ! Buena ubicación! Volveré !

Adoramos a acomodação, organizada, muito bem localizada, ao lado do metro de Buenos Aires, mercados, restaurantes e pontos turísticos próximos. O espaço é muito agradável e o Anfitrião muito atencioso. Super recomendável!

What a beautiful apartment and thoughtful host. While San Nicolas is akin to the Times Square of Bs As (lots of lights, lots of action), it is energetic, attractive, and most importantly: CENTRAL! Walkable distance from many attractions and well-connected to the subte if you want to venture further. Even with all the commotion of the city, Juan Jose's apartment is clean, serene, and peaceful. The charm of the art deco period is abounded. The view is unmatched. Don't forget to engage with the doormen! They are lovely and helpful people. Shout out to Angel :) Would absolutely stay at Juan Jose's place again and hope to return.

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

We loved our stay in San Telmo. You can walk less that 20 steps and you are watching fabulous Tango and having drinks at wonderful local bars. The Airbnb was quiet as it is located at the back of a ground floor historic complex. Highly recommended. We will be back for another visit.

We had an 11-day stay in Argentina and felt at home immediately here. The space was clean, modern, comfortable and plenty of room for me, my husband and adult daughter. I like to cook a few meals while on vacation and the kitchen had good cookware and staples like olive oil. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood: restaurants, parks, stores - everything is at your doorstep. Camila went SO above and beyond to help us. Definitely one of the best hosts EVER. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Muy buena

Muy buena experiencia con Pablo. Linda casa, muy cómoda, amplia, equipada y organizada. Hermoso jardín con parrilla y piscina. Amplias habitaciones, luminosas y confortables. Baños también de buenas dimensiones. Barrio tranquilo, con seguridad, buen acceso y muy cerca de Nordelta.

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

Casa muy cómoda, amplia y acogedora. Hermosa zona con todo lo necesario cerca, supermercado, cafés, pizzería. Cerca de la estación de tren y transporte para visitar otros lugares turísticos tambien. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con los anfitriones que se mostraron muy amables en todo momento! Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí!!!!

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos: amplia, luminosa, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estaba impecable: la limpieza fue excelente y se nota que cada detalle está cuidado con mucha dedicación. Ideal para grupos o familias, porque hay espacio de sobra y todo funciona perfecto. La anfitriona fue excelente. Siempre disponible, muy atenta y flexible. Incluso nos permitió quedarnos después del horario de check-out, lo cual fue un gran gesto. Definitivamente volveríamos. 100% recomendable.

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Excelente alojamiento en Palermo!

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

es la segunda ocasión que visito el departamento de Paula en Palermo y fue una muy grata experiencia, ella es muy atenta, el condominio lindo y excelentemente bien ubicado, todo el entorno es genial. el departamento, espectacular bien iluminado y muy cómodo para viajes de turismo o trabajo. seguro que cuando visite otra vez Buenos Aires me quedare ahí! El alojamiento es excelente, inmejorable ubicación, tranquilo para descansar pero con solo bajar a la calle hay miles de cosas para hacer, negocios de todo tipo, el alojamiento es súper acogedor, decorado muy armoniosamente y la atención de Natalia fue súper admirable. Estamos muy agradecidos!!

El departamento es precioso, los anfitriones siempre están pendientes, dispuestos a ayudar; responder preguntas y brindar soluciones, nuestra estancia fue increíble 100% recomendado, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos.
