Smoking friendly vacation rentals in English Channel

A great place to stay. short walk to the centre. We were a group of four friends and we had everything we needed. All the amenities are there and the beds were comfortable. Ben is quick to respond and the instructions are very clear. Free parking is an added bonus as can be expensive in Cardiff.

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

I loved my stay at Fee’s place. Fee is super welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The space is clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated & filled with homely touches. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic location, property and host. We lived the whole place, especially the comfy beds and beautiful outside space. Really close to Church Road with lots of options for eating out etc. we would definitely stay here again. Thanks a million Julie.

This is a characterful apartment .. stylish and comfortable. The welcome was first rate ; we felt able to relax and enjoy the ambience of St Malo . The Boulangerie below the apartment is superb , and there were good local bars and eateries nearby . The location is very convenient for the great beaches . Thankyou Marie-Francoise and Noelle .. we had a lovely stay .

Dominique is a very friendly and responsive host who took the time to meet us and introduce us to the apartment. The apartment is better than the photos, well appointed with quality white goods, fittings and kitchen accessories. It's very clean, comfortable with a lovely outside space and very close to all amenities within a secure and quiet building. Free parking outside was a bonus. I highly recommend his apartment, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Superbe accueil, superbe maison avec un jolie jardin, superbe emplacement, le port et les plages à 5/10mn à pied. Très bonne location pour un couple ou une personne. A retenir pour de prochaines escapades à Binic.

This property’s location is perfect, whether you want to stay on-site and enjoy the vistas of Dartmouth or use it as a base to thoroughly explore the environs. It’s only a short walk into Kingswear, where there is a car or foot ferry to get across to Dartmouth or the steam train which will take you to Paignton. Communication with Mark was thorough during every stage of the booking and stay. The accommodation is divine and we’ve rarely slept so well; a combination of the Savoir bed and serenity within this hillside property. Nothing about the host, property or location could be faulted; exemplary in every aspect.

le logement est trés spacieux et trés bien équipé, rien à redire. Nous avons passés une bonne nuit.

Alain est extrêmement prévenant concernant son logement. Cela nous a paru oppressant aux premières lectures des longs textes d’accueil et des multiples messages. Mais au fur et à mesure de notre séjour nous avons constaté qu’il s’agissait d’un profond attachement de sa part à sa cabane insolite. Nous avons trouvé facilement le logement et Gaelle nous y a accueillis avec bienveillance et une grande flexibilité. L’accès se fait par un petit chemin privatif au bout d’un court chemin communal, dans un écrin de verdure. Les lieux invitent au calme et à la contemplation. Le logement en lui même est rustique, entretenu avec amour et possède tout le confort d’un endroit régulièrement habité. La salle de bain est à l’extérieur. La partie ancienne (salle de vie avec cuisine, salon, toilettes et petite chambre) est assez sombre au contraire de la nouvelle grande chambre très lumineuse (les rideaux n’y sont pas occultants). Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour aux pieds de la plage. Merci

Kurz: es war toll. Der Blick, die Lage und das unfassbar wunderbare Meer vor der Tür. Die Terrasse und Wohnzimmer waren unsere Lieblingsorte. Der Garten war super für unseren Hund und wir haben hier gerne gesessen und gegessen. Wir durften zur Weiterfahrt sogar unser Elektroauto laden. Das war toll und hilfsbereit. Nebenan wohnt dauerhaft ein junges Paar, das war kein Problem und es war sehr ruhig. An ein paar Stellen könnte besser geputzt sein (Dunstabzugshaube) aber grundsätzlich war es sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das ist ein ganz toller Ort. Danke

Had an amazing stay at Birch Studio, it’s in a great location right next to the cove which is stunning. The facilities were great and I especially liked the dome window on the sauna. Would highly recommend!!

Wir hatten 2 sehr angenehme Tage bei Annick. Ein entzückendes Häuschen in einem kleinen Paradies Garten und eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin die uns ein leckeres und üppiges Frühstück zubereitet hat. Einzig ein paar Liegestühle wären noch schön gewesen, aber vielleicht habe ich ja auch nur vergessen danach zu fragen. Wir können diesen Ort jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Le logis cosy porte bien son nom, paisible et agréable, et l'environnement avec les ânes, les poules, les moutons et les chaumières est parfait pour se détendre ! Merci à François pour l'accueil et pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement !

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

We've stayed at their studio with 2 adults and a 5year old kid for 7 nights. We've had everything that we could ask for. Amazing place, amazing supportive hosts. Spotless clean place, fantasticly well looked after, beautiful interior. Nik and Rich are always there when needed, but they as well absolutely respect the guest's privacy. Even they live next door, you wouldn't see them if you didn't want or need to. As a German visitor I can highly recommend their place and their warm hearted hospitality. You feel home away from home!

Excellent WE passé à Dinard dans ce studio très bien aménagé avec sa petite terrasse donnant sur un agréable jardin privatif de la résidence qui surplombe la plage avec son accès direct, top ! Situation idéale pour les différentes balades autour de Dinard. Accueil très sympathique et souriant par Patricia lors de notre arrivée. Par la suite, Christian, le propriétaire originaire de la ville nous a donné de précieuses informations afin d’améliorer notre séjour, de plus, personne très sympa. Très bon séjour et très bel endroit.

L'appartement est perché au 3eme étage avec la pleine vue sur la mer. C'est magnifique . C'est idéalement situé dans Granville (commerces, restaurants, port, plage ). Le studio mezzanine est confortable et la déco vraiment très jolie Bravo ! Je recommande. Merci à David et Olivia

Absolutely charming accommodation. Really spacious and well laid out. Felt like home away from home, could have stayed here for longer and will definitely look into coming back here. Lovely walk to the nearest pub for lunch, the mill is right on the river with Stunning views of the surrounding area. Nice garden area with views of the cows in the field. The hot water was extremely hot so be careful, but it was nice to always have plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Overall a lovely private place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location itself is enough of a selling point, with the quality of the accommodation itself as an added bonus. Very spacious, comfortable beds, very welcoming. And a great collection of games and books. Highly recommended :)

Another cracking stay in this apartment, which is easy to find, ideally situated with amenities close by and access to a lovely wooded area. There is plenty of space to park, and the area feels safe. I warmly recommend you check this apartment out and if at all possible, stay here.
