Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

[Repeat visitor] Best place and best superhosts in Lezzeno. This was our 2nd time staying at Anna E Max's place and was just as nice as the first. Everything is impeccably maintained and well looked after. Temp was 33C on arrival. The flat was cool, the fridge was stocked with essentials as a gesture of goodwill which was really appreciated. The kitchen cupboards are also stocked with a good variety of basics food items + equipment. You can cool off in the pool and float around using the noodles provided and watch the eagles soar up the mountain side or watch the boats and ferries passing by Villa del Balbianello. During our stay we dined in restaurant Aurora and Stonehouse (note: you need to make reservations 24hrs before). The food in both restaurants is excellent and both are in walking distance. Bellagio is a 10min drive with everything it has to offer including a couple of supermarkets (we found OKSIGMA to have best range). Thank you so much Anna E Max. We will be back again!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

We LOVED it here. Marianna and her partner Ruben have poured their hearts into this place and take great pride in their rental. Super clean, comfortable, has everything you could need. The views of the lake from the deck are gorgeous, stunningly so. Check in and out very convenient. Great communication and flexible throughout. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with just lovely neighbors. Walkable to Lezzeno and just a small drive from Bellagio. There is a small walking path we found to a waterfall to the left. Down the walking path takes you to the shore and boats. We honestly loved this place and want to come back and bring more friends and family. The views are stunning. This place is fantastic!

What a quiet, beautiful and fully furnished cottage. The view of Lake Lugano from the cozy balcony was phenomenal. Ideal for 2 people who love peace and beautiful views. Sophie was friendly, helpful and proactive without being too much in the foreground. Her restaurant is definitely recommended and is within walking distance. We enjoyed the stay and made nice excursions these 4 days, despite the slightly less good weather.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We felt immediately comfortable in Irene's accommodation. The place is clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is unique. In general, despite the other apartments, you had a lot of privacy, for example, by the pool. We can really recommend Irene's accommodation and look forward to coming back in a couple of years! This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is new, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful area—perfect for relaxing. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. We had a lovely stay! Studio is just like the photos - quite small but the private terrace more than makes up for it. It has shade and sun all day so you can spend all day relaxing if you so wish. The town is lovely and quaint. There was a bit of noise from neighbours (normal sounds of town life!) - it didn’t bother us but something to bear in mind. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and there were lovely welcome gifts of food and bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend!

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

The accommodation is very modern and has everything you need☺️! You can walk to the lake in 5 minutes and there is a small supermarket in 5 minutes on foot. Feel free to come back anytime:)!

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of nature, surrounded by animals—it was peaceful and relaxing. A great, family-friendly place with lots of nature for the kids to explore. Jürg explained the way to us by phone and personally welcomed us, which we were very embarrassed. We felt very comfortable on the first day and enjoyed the time in Bergün very much. It is equipped exactly with what you need and overall very clean and tidy. The apartment was found exactly as expected by the listing and even a little more beautiful through the view. Great place for a weekend of pleasure in Bormio. Nothing was missing, nice apartment. Definitely worth considering in the future.
