Vacation rentals with breakfast in Emmental District

Raya's place was terrific. I could not have been more convenient, located right on the river. It was a great spot to stay for Fasnacht! Additionally, Raya was a very responsive and thoughtful host and that made things easy for me.

Karin is an awesome person! She goes out of her way for her guests’ comfort and convenience. Me and my wife had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Expectations as previously described in Airbnb are fully met. Friendly ambiance and clean spaces, breakfast was according to our expectations, as previously offered in Airbnb. We can't express ourselves more extensively because during our stay week from morning to evening as a result of errands and acquaintance visits, which was also the reason for our CH stay. The ggs. Communication shortly in the morning after getting up at breakfast and in the evening after returning, enjoying a glass of wine together and then retreat in the bedroom with integrated toilet and shower was very pleasant and exciting, as comparative interests using travel wishes to other geog/topographic conditions as well as other cultures. This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

Adi is very friendly, very helpful. Honestly, it felt like visiting family. He is very personable and easy-going. His place met our needs, it is close to Bern, only 30 min away. We will be back some day.

With Autonavi and also via Google maps with the mobile phone, my colleague and I did not find the exact address of the accommodation. It kept taking us to another street. It was very annoying for us as it was already midnight. Luckily, the husband was still awake when we called the accommodation directly and the husband kindly picked us up at the village square.

Sarah treats us very kindly. I received a lot of help and was comfortable while I was there. I supported some of Sarah's crops. And communication is always fast. The weather was hot, but the house was always cool.

The apartment was very nice and exactly the right size. The surrounding area is wonderful and also very quiet. We will be happy to come back :)

We stayed at Karin's for four nights and can’t thank her enough for making our time in Switzerland so enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet, peaceful village of Ruetigen, where you can wake up to spectacular views and the tranquil sounds of cowbells. During our stay, we visited several popular tourist destinations all just 25 to 40 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. The house itself is extremely spacious. There were only two of us (plus our two Yorkies), so we felt very lucky to have all that space to ourselves. And the sauna - After days of driving from Scotland, we were exhausted, and discovering that Karin's house had a sauna was the best surprise. Karin went above and beyond to prepare everything for us. I also want to mention the Panorama Card she provided - it was amazing! We used it to visit Harder Kulm and got 15% off, which was a great bonus. It’s only been a day since we left, and I already miss it. Without a doubt, we’ll be back at Karin’s place again. 👍

We were really very well hosted by Peter, his breakfasts - with brioche and homemade jams - were delicious, the apartment is functional, the beds very comfortable. Just note that there is no stove. Great stay, thanks Peter!

The place was new and nicely decorated. The view was great. The landlords are totally friendly and the breakfast offer is more than sufficient. We highly recommend the accommodation, thank you for a great stay.

This is the perfect home away from home. I stayed for several months here, for an exchange semester. I was looking for the friendliest hosts in the area and Beat and Helena fit the bill. They are very reasonable and accommodating, eager to make sure you'll feel comfortable without any hint of fakeness. The place is very cute and looks better than the pictures. The area is quiet, the air is clean, the river is right next to the house so you can easily go for a swim whenever in the summer. When booking be mindful that it's a very old house and has it's quirks, like the floor is ever so slightly slanted and the internal walls aren't soundproof. None of it really ever bothered me, though. I'd gladly book again 😄 the experience could not have been better

Ruth and her husband took very good care of us. This must have been one of the best places we've ever stayed. They were very cordial and receptive, as well as very friendly. This is definitely a place I'd like to return to soon.

If you want to stay right in the town the. You can’t get better than here. The B&B facilities are modern and the rooms are clean and as the photos. You walk out the door and are in the town. The cafe next door is really nice also.

Please read the instructions how to get there from the bus station, don’t do the same mistake as I did haha. Beautiful place and peaceful. The host is very attentive and calm. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

We stayed with Mäggy for one night and felt very comfortable there. There are great information folders for the area in front of the rooms and a lot was also explained and shown. The rooms are well equipped, but we especially liked the outdoor area. Beautiful panorama and a great lounge invite you to sit back and enjoy the view. We would definitely recommend the place and come back!

When we arrived, we were already warmly greeted at the window – both hosts and their sweet cat welcomed us kindly. We were immediately offered a coffee and given great tips for the hike. The room and bathroom were wonderful. The garden was particularly beautiful, where we could relax a little. There were also cozy lounges and a small library. The hosts were very warm and attentive. Would love to come back anytime!

My friend and me have stayed one night with Ginger and Jan. At first very good communication and when we arrived , we were lovely welcomed. The room was very cozy and clean , also the bathroom. In the morning they served a very delicious breakfast! The train station is near with good connections to Bern train station. I can highly recommend.

The location was perfect for me—right near tram stops, grocery stores, and lots of restaurants. It’s also very close to the hospital I trained at for several months, which was a huge plus for me. The hosts are some of the nicest people I’ve met. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family, yet still gave me the privacy I needed to relax. It's like staying in a home away from home. While you're living with them, you can enjoy your own space and rest without feeling crowded. One of the things I really loved was how they set up the bed and work area in different spaces. It might sound small, but having to climb a few stairs to get to my bed helped me draw a clear line between “work mode” and “rest mode.” It actually made me more productive during the day, and I slept so much better at night because of it. And the weekly cleaning with fresh sheets and towels? Such a nice touch. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the hosts were!

Beautiful surroundings! Right on the panoramic trail and very close to a great swimming lake. Very clean, modern room including bathroom. I really liked the self-service breakfast with products from their own farm. Tip for the journey: Check in advance where the fire station is and also what the farm looks like so that you can recognize the house directly.
