We had an absolutely amazing stay at Amy's home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout, the well-equipped kitchen, and the clean, refreshing pool. Whether it was a sunny afternoon or a rainy morning, the house offered the perfect space to relax and enjoy our time together. One of the highlights was the pellet stove — it added such a cozy touch to our stay, and we loved it so much we nearly used all the pellets! Every detail in the house was thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in excellent shape. Amy’s hospitality truly stood out. She responded promptly and thoughtfully to every question we had, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We all really appreciated her attentiveness and the welcoming atmosphere she created. Linda’s home is a peaceful retreat with top notch amenities. We would love to come again. The hot tub, swimming pool, and outdoor areas are comfortable with ample seating and shelter with shade if desired. The host was warm and fast with any responses to my inquiries. The space has comfortable seating, a comfortable bed and is more than adequately equipped for about anything. Great forethought and love clearly have gone into this serene home.

This was our second time staying at this location and, like the first time, we had an awesome time. Loved the indoor pool! Great atmosphere, clean home, and plenty of space for 9 people. The separate cabin by the lake is an added bonus.

Monica was an amazing host, we enjoyed our stay. Monica was helpful with everything. The place was quiet and peaceful. The drive to town wasn’t back either. We wanted to stay longer but it was booked already, wish is understandable due to the place and location. We would stay again if it was available later.

well to start off Clearwater is beautiful. all of southern Missouri is. rolling hills. small towns. wildlife. I love it down there Everytime I go. they have PRE CHOPPED WOOD FOR YOU. at the air BNB. which was awesome and a decent little BBQ pit nothing fancy. but it was great. nice kitchen, living room and bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to come down and go fishing or fourwheeling!!

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place—it’s a beautifully decorated, tranquil retreat with so many artistic and thoughtful touches. From the butterfly and owl walls to the mushroom art, you can tell she put care into every detail. It’s secluded with a cozy fire pit and walking area out back. A vehicle with four-wheel-drive is helpful due to the bumpy road, and bug spray is a must—we found a few ticks. There’s Wi-Fi but limited cell service, so plan for Wi-Fi calling. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there’s a washer/dryer, which was super convenient. Just be sure to bring groceries ahead of time, as the nearest store is a bit of a drive. Sarah was kind, responsive, and made the stay extra special.

This is one of the best places my family and I have stayed among many Airbnb experiences. If you're looking for a peaceful country setting that is quiet and relaxing this is the place for you. Everything about the property was prefect for our stay. The house is spacious, clean, and was extremely comfortable for our group of five. The focus of our stay was to float the Jacks Fork and Current Rivers, which are just a short drive from this property. The Peck Ranch Conversation Area is also a very easy drive from the house for viewing wildlife and enjoying the forest in this region. John, the host, takes great pride and care of his property and it was a pleasure talking with him. He is very responsive and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and will make this my first choice of places to stay when I visit the area again.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Debra’s Airbnb. Our comfort and safety was her top priority. She has a tornado and storm safety plan in place and is very proactive about keeping you informed. She also made us fresh bread, had a bowl of strawberries, and eggs from her chickens ready for us. Her property is remote but close enough to Thayer. It’s a little slice of heaven. We can’t wait to go back.

It would have been nice to have a second TV and a mirror in the second bedroom, but the place is adorable and very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful!!! We built a fire every night. Loved it.

Lucy communicated with us several times. She made sure that we had the ability to contact her once we arrived if needed. The furnishings were clean, attractive, and comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly.

It's a nice clean house and a nice yard. Good place for a couple to stay or a family. Far enough off the highway don't have to worry about the traffic. Stephen was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Good place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Teresa's place. It's charming, quiet, and has great views of beautiful horses and a pond. We slept very well in the peaceful master bedroom. Teresa was very friendly, helpful and Kind. We would stay again!

Rachel was an amazing host. She was very attentive and helpful and was always available to meet our needs. She even went the extra mile and put a basketball banner inside the house because we were visiting for a local basketball tournament.

A beautiful house on a secluded acreage! Tons of amenities. Classic charm of a beautiful farm home. We loved the bbq and the huge fire pit. Great place to bring family or a group of friends. Really enjoyed our time there.
