The cabin was perfect for our family. we had room to spread out, relax and take in the surroundings. The hot tub, extra towels and griddle were awesome additions and we really enjoyed staying here. Sandy was great, we talked activities for kids and families and she provided a pack n play for my son. I will definitely recommend this cabin and campground!

This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. My daughter and I spent two nights, but would have loved to stay more. The cabin was immaculately clean, comfortable, cheerful and just lovely! We had our two dogs with us and the grounds were perfect for walking them. The surroundings are gorgeous and quiet. You feel like you are way out in the country, but town is one minute away. We stay in a lot of B&Bs and this one was by far the cleanest and most well-kept we’ve ever stayed in. The stay at the longhorn cabin was a great place to sit back and relax beautiful scenery and amazing cabin with everything you need to have a great weekend the dogs on the property were an absolute delight they were extremely friendly and loved to be around people. The food available through the ranch was a really cool addition to my stay and loved the farm fresh eggs and meats overall this stay was 5 stars would love to come back out and visit the area again and stay at the longhorn cabins

I absolutely want to come back again. I do not recommend driving a low profile vehicle, as this is a river location and roads may be washed out. Her written directions were perfect. It’s not a location where you can just run to town for something BUT it’s AMAZING if you’ve done your shopping and plan to relax for a weekend or to vacation at for the week. The host was kind and accommodating. I would recommend this for a girls weekend, guys trip, or a relaxing family getaway.

wonderful peaceful vibe in this beautiful cabin on a hill. We appreciated the personal touches and simplistic decor, the flowers and herbs about the place, the minimalism (no microwave of which I wholly agree) and having everything one could need. No wifi, but none necessary, still had good cell service, never turned on TV although an abundance of movies and wonderful books throughout. Peaceful walks, lots of bunnies to watch play, occasional moos... Can't recommend this gem enough, in the books as one of my fav bookings now!

Veronica's place in Piedmont was a true gem, offering the perfect blend of location, cleanliness, and amenities. From the lovely coffee bar to the golf range, fire pit, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the little touches that made this place feel like home.

Great stay! Directions got us all a little lost at first and the place is definitely remote but we enjoyed the peace. The river is super close but it was very muddy getting down there so it was hard to access. We also did not get in because it was too cold but it would be awesome in warmer weather and not in the rain. Gretchen’s place had everything you needed! It was very well stocked, we had wood and sheets and blankets and toilet paper and seasonings! I think the only thing we were missing (and should have brought ourselves but forgot) was some lighter fluid for the camp fire and some more paper towels. We ran out of the roll of paper towels on the first night but we made it work. Neighbors are far enough that there was no complaints for noise or anything. This place was overall super cute and everything we needed for our vacation. We will DEFINITELY be back this Summer!!!
