Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. It is complete with stove, dishwasher, microwave, TV, washer, dryer, setting area, and gas grill! Just 5 miles from Current river and Montauk state park, you'll be relaxing in no time! It is also just a 10 minute drive to Jadwin, MO if canoeing or kayaking is your flavor.

Deep in the Ozarks Eminence is world famous for it's natural beauty and recreational activities. We offer a very cozy cabin with full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in porch, stone fire place in private country setting. We are 3 miles down a gravel road which gives us lots of privacy and very little traffic. There is very little cell service but we have WiFi. We are located just 10 miles outside of Eminence, and the cabin sets atop a valley over looking our pastures.

The river access for swimming, crackling wood burning stove, and hot tub are just some of the many things about this cabin that you are sure to love!
