Relax and slow down in this peaceful, stylish child-friendly home. The property has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The boat and both Sups can be used free of charge. Look out over the swimming lake from the canopy with wood-burning stove. There are 2 breed cats present (very sweet). 2 beaches on the lake and a nice playground within walking distance, where there is plenty to do for children of all ages. (6 to 15p) This detached Mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes' walk from the shopping center, the station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upstairs apartment is about half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bath, shower and 2 toilets. This space can accommodate up to 16 people.
