It was the second time we stayed in this apartment, and the experience continues to be wonderful! It will always be our first choice in SP, the apartment is very cozy, clean, smells nice and everything is new. The hostess's care is perfect in every detail. The apartment and the amenities were amazing! The location was perfect as it was near a subway, a grocery store, and a shopping center. The host was very communicative whenever we had questions. My favorite part was the view from the apartment. It was simply spectacular! I spent so much time looking out the windows at the beautiful view. We will definitely be back next year.

We felt very comfortable, and the activities at the Hospital that we had scheduled were incredibly easy for us, since the distance is very close.

We were on the Easter holiday and enjoyed our stay at Ting's place very much. The house is very beautiful, spacious, well equipped and with a wonderful outdoor area. Ting and his wife are very kind and attentive! We really appreciate the very happy days, I hope to return!

Spectacular from start to finish. I don't think I'm wrong in saying that it's one of the safest and most residential areas in the city. The house is impeccable, beautiful, clean and very tidy. We were kindly welcomed by Lucia, the housekeeper, who was at our disposal for any need. It's a spacious and cozy place to stay. Highly recommended!

Great location for anyone going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, mainly in kitchen appliances. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment is facing the street, so it is only natural that there are noises of cars and buses.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
