Beachfront vacation rentals in Els Pilons

Marc’s property is gorgeous in a residential area so very quiet and private but minutes from a local supermarket and a short walk to the beautiful beach and promenade where you can walk into Salou in one direction or Cambrils the other. Vilafortuny (where the property is) also has bars and restaurants if you want to stay local. Marc was a super host and was also prompt to reply to any question or query we had. We would definitely come back to Marc’s property if we visit this area of Spain again.

We spent 4 days in Ramon and Tais's accommodation with my husband and our 4-year-old son, and everything was perfect. The accommodation is exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable, and very well located — close to the beach, shops, a water park, restaurants, etc. It is also perfectly equipped with all the everyday necessities, which is really very much appreciated, especially with family. Ramon gave us a welcome as we rarely see: warm, available, smiling… A real pleasure! We recommend their accommodation without a second thought, and for our part, we will keep the address for the next time.

Wonderful, peaceful place, with a nice pool, beautiful surroundings, and a great somewhat challenging hike to the top of a mountain with the ruins of a Roman church, starting right out of the AirBnB

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, very well-equipped, tastefully decorated apartment, close to the sea and close to all amenities. The big plus is the underground parking space. We didn't use the car throughout the stay because you can get everywhere on foot. A huge thank you to Patricia who was exceptionally kind and friendly. Always available, responsive and caring, she really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. In conclusion: an excellent address that we highly recommend!

Great place. Good location 5 minutes from the beach, beautiful views and fully equipped for a short or long trip. Carmen and José are charming and make sure you have everything you need. From the first minute of the reservation, they contact you and give you all the information you need and more. They even came to pick us up at the bus stop so that there was no possibility of getting lost. Highly recommended without hesitation.

The house is a beautiful and relaxing place that I would gladly recommend to everyone. Located in a calm neighborhood, with beach access in under 2 minutes. It’s ideal for a peaceful getaway. If you prefer to stay in, the house offers a great swimming pool and a lovely outdoor dining area. It’s the perfect spot for families, but also for groups of friends, just like us! Special mention to Carmen, the host, who was absolutely fantastic. Joyful, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We totally recommend this place!

Great accommodation, Nancy was very friendly, responsive and helpful, especially with useful tips regarding local buses and nearby facilities. She kindly let us borrow some towels for the beach/pool area. The flat was clean and really well stocked. We enjoyed having our meals on the spacious balcony watching the sunset. The only downside were some random noises at night and early mornings probably due to the ventilation system connecting other flats and some noisy upstairs neighbours. The flat’s location is very close to the beach and there are loads of bars and restaurants in the area catering to tourists. We had a wonderful time staying here - thank you for your hospitality, Nancy.

The apartment is great: very new (both the building and the apartment). Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso, TV). Complete tableware. As a nice touch: Silvia has left us a freshly made cake, fruit, juices, coffee and salt/oil/etc. The bathroom is impeccable: very clean, with a very comfortable shower and towels The rooms are great (no need to bring sheets). As an extra in my case: a crib for babies and slightly older children, as well as bed barriers. My son was delighted with the toy car-toboggan in the courtyard. Silvia was charming and willing to help with the recommendations we needed. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out times. If we go back to Salou, we will definitely go back to Silvia's apartment. HIGHLY recommended.

Lovely apartment with wonderful views of the Med and the mountains. Located on a hillside, breezes cool the terrace where you can eat or lounge. Very comfortable for 2 people. There’s a compact kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals, grocery stores are just down the hill. The living area has a large and comfortable couch to lounge on while watching your favorite streaming channels on a very large Smart TV. The air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom are very strong. There is also a portable fan. Wonderful shower, lots of water pressure and hot water. Washing machine a plus. The bed is comfortable, very quiet. There is a parking space available and we had secure parking for our bicycles in a dedicated bicycle room. Jonas was very available and flexible. He was there to meet us and introduce us to the apartment. Very kind and friendly he truly wants you to have a wonderful experience. I would return!

nice apartment with a nice terrace and great views, in a very quiet area, the apartment has everything you need to spend a few days and a few minutes from the best coves of Salou.

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment; it is perfectly equipped and has almost everything necessary for a long stay! A convenient kitchen, a bathroom with uninterrupted hot water, a vacuum cleaner to clean up beach sand in time, blankets, towels and bed linen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The apartment’s location is the best – right in the center of Salou and on the first line from the beach. There is also everything you need for children – a high chair and a step stool. Additionally, previous guests left their beach umbrellas and chairs, which was very convenient. The host was a great help during a difficult moment when our child had a high fever. She tried to get us an appointment with a pediatrician and was ready to go with us to the hospital. A huge thank you to Mari and Santi!

The only thing is that it's a 4th floor but it was good for us for routine exercise. Everything else is perfect

Almost 180 degrees of unobstructed sea view, right by the edge of the water; access to the sea was only an elevator’s ride away. Inside, the apartment was fully stocked with all the supplies we’d ever need and want. Walid was very generous, having many drinks & snacks ready for us when we arrived. The interior décor was nice; the whole place was spotless and spacious even for our group of six. It’s a good base for us to make day trips to Tarragona (less than half an hour’s drive) and the Poblet Monastery. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay here for longer. I stayed for a week at this apartment with my husband and our 3 young children. We absolutely loved our stay. The kids loved the toys and games provided. Beach toys and towels were also provided. The beach was so close! We really appreciated the Nespresso machine and smart TV. The beds were comfortable. Blackout blinds in all the bedrooms were absolutely amazing for keeping them dark in the evening. It was quiet at nighttime. Bathroom amenities including handwash were provided. Laundry detergent and dishwashing tablets were also provided for the washing machine and dishwasher. We loved sitting on the balcony to eat and enjoying the beach views. Cot and high chair were provided for our baby. Highly recommend this airbnb!

Mari is super friendly, Joan is always attentive, the place is cozy and ideal for three people, easy and safe to park. Places to eat nearby and with access to Port Aventura, we had a great time and we thank Mari and Joan and without a doubt, if we plan a trip to Tarragona, we will stay here again.
