Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

In the heart of the Palatinate Forest is our apartment in Hochspeyer. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The central location in Hochspeyer allows you to explore the Palatinate Forest but also visit the "Wein-Pfalz" [Pfalz wine region]. The apartment offers 80 square meters of space for 2 to 3 people. Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Have fun with the whole family in this stylish home. The house is in the middle of nature and has been renovated in recent years. The property was fully equipped with new furniture in 2024. There are two double bedrooms and 2 single beds. The house is heated with a Swedish stove. Access via forest path, with a lowered sports car you must park 300 meters away on site, all other vehicles no problem.
