There is a public boat launch within 1 min drive and dock at the house to tie boats off. 3 Fishing poles will be available for guest to use on the dock. The lake is excellent for Largemouth bass, Blue catfish, Freshwater drum, Channel catfish, Flathead catfish, Black crappie, White crappie and others. Fire pit in back yard along with grill to BBQ!

Upstairs has a queen in one bedroom with sitting area, and two full beds with play tent and other kids amenities. All bedrooms have TV's. Back patio where you can enjoy a meal and your morning coffee made at our coffee bar.
