Our stay at Southern Exposure was peaceful and pleasant. It accommodated all of our needs, was clean and comfortable!! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

Beautifully renovated with a fresh bright look. it was very clean and organized, but not a lot of clutter because of that it made you feel relaxed. The bathrooms made you feel like you're at a spa and the bed and beddings were so comfortable you'll wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend this oasis.

Our stay at Ashley's place was truly exceptional! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in.

We really enjoyed staying at Genevieve‘s place for our daughter‘s graduation from Saint Bonaventure. So many places we stay are so bland and unmemorable, but Genevieve‘s place was such a treat and will provide us many memories along into the future. She was very creative in decorating, and had lots of fun things to do in the house. We look forward to returning someday.

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

This little cabin feels so secluded and far away from the hustle and bustle of life but is only 13 minutes or so to the town of Ellicottville. The view of the rolling mountains/hills and pond are unbeatable. We loved falling asleep each night and waking up each morning to the sounds of nature. Each morning we looked forward to our cup of coffee out on the covered porch-- which came in handy because we had colder temps and rain but were able to stay cozy and dry with blankets and the roof! Everything was clean and comfortable and Bette was extremely kind and responsive. She even let us stay late on our check out day because she didn't have new guests coming and perhaps because we'd had poor weather. Finally, Bette rescued our senior dog and brought him back to us after he'd wandered off into the woods... we would HIGHLY recommend staying here and we know we'll be back! Hope you get a chance to meet Bette-- she's wonderful.

Fun time visiting good friends the area, not far from Ellicottville, one of our favorite places. Quiet and cozy, everything we needed for preparing meals and snacks. We very much enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

Stayed here again after a great stay last year. It’s well suited for younger kids (4 total, ages 4-9) and great access to the slopes. Thanks again!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! Finding our place and parking was very easy. The restaurants, shops and most importantly, coffee, were all right there! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and comfy! I would 100% stay again if in the area! Jessica reached out before we even checked in, and responded very quickly! We did not have any issues or complaints. It was a perfect stay.

This place is really cute & it’s a great location for snow skiing! Or just visiting family!! There are lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise I’d highly recommend Julie’s place. She was a very proactive responsive host.

Adam’s place was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the trundle was not just a thin mattress. There was enough room in the “day” room to move the trundle so it wasn’t right next to the full bed. This made it nice so if one kid needed to get up, it wasn’t disturbing the other. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pans weren’t overly large but didn’t have to make too much while we were there. The place doesn’t have a crock pot so we did bring our own so we could have chili when we returned from skiing all day. The commute to Holiday Valley and the village area was simple and a short drive away. I had to work one day and the condo WiFi worked great and we always had cell service.. thankfully!!! Unfortunately our last night there, we woke up to water leaking from the ceiling. This was so unfortunate but happy to report they were very responsive and concerned. When we return to the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Adam’s properties again!

This place was great! Super convenient location for the resort and right across the street from a lift. Close to town for restaurants. It was clean and comfortable!

Beautiful condo, exactly as pictured. Short walk imto town to enjoy shopping and restaurants. Joanna was wonderful host, will definitely book again for future Ellicotville Trips!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Daryl’s place! He was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The location was amazing, extremely close to Holiday Valley as well as downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ellicottville!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

A nice place with a nice host. My friends and I loved the stay and everyone was happy with the place. The host was nice, though we didn’t need to communicate that much. Overall, a lovely stay in a lovely place with a nice host.

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.
