This is very spacious accommodation and Jagath was very kind and always helpful. It is a fair way out of town, but there are frequent buses passing by.

The property is way better and scenic than seen in photos. Our stay was brief but fulfilling. Nice place with necessary amenities. Sujeewa is outstanding— helped us in many ways including delivering us dinner in late night. Don’t miss the sunrise!!

The stay in the Gamini’s home was the silver lining of my trip. The house was very beautifully decorated with a good sense of taste (I took some pictures of their home and glad they like them as well). Our room is very clean and has the local flavor of display. The location is a bit hard to find, but Gamini was so kind that he drove himself to show directions for our driver. The Gamini family was so warm to introduce their pretty little garden (we had a chance to taste their fresh vege salad, amazing!) and it turned out to be an awesome mini garden tour. We also had a very good evening sitting at the garden and chatting about family and their experiences. In the next morning, I was lucky to join their activities in the temple where I sent the prepared food to monks. It was so authentic experience that cannot be found in tourists places. If you like out of the way places with fantastic views and hospitality, this is the place for you. The property is expansive (over 100 acres) with so much to explore; waterfalls, swimming holes, hikes, gardens and views. And then there is the food, which was some of the best food we had on our trip, cooked with the freshest, local ingredients for us each meal. Anne gives you a great understanding of the food and exotic vegetables she serves and often grows herself. Great place to recharge admits our whirlwind tour and get a feel for life in this gorgeous part of Sri Lanka. Anne helped us sort out our driver situation, train tickets and had the best advise. Go to her first to help you set up anything you might need in Sri Lanka.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

The place is located such a way that the nature's beauty is at your fingertip experiencing the cold breez from the hill area perfect for a short private get away with a loved one for a very special romantic getaway and the host was very pro active in suggesting the right timing for every bit of the trip as the transportation and meals needs to be well adjusted so you don't sleep empty stomach. The place is beautiful place for a couple looking for a romantic private getaway.
