Vacation rentals with beach access in Elia Nikitis

Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

Ioannis is a great person and a great host. The house was definitely better and had more features than what was advertised on Airbnb. Thank you for everything, Ioannis.

Rebecca and I had a wonderful time at the place. This is due to the very hospitable nature of the landlord Konstantinos and his parents Stavroula and Dimitros. Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time staying at Nikoleta's place! The garden is fantastically beautiful and located directly on the sea. Nikoleta takes care of us very warmly, welcomed us with fruit and wine and always responded immediately if we had a question.

We had a really nice time and enjoyed every second of it. Theo was very helpful! He immediately answered our requests! We can really recommend the house!

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

very helpful host, responsive, the place is located very central, it was my 4th time in Neos Marmaras so I knew the surroundings however close to all amenities. The place itself is perfect for 1-2 persons. It has it all what is needed. I felt like I was at home. Thank you once again for the amazing stay Savvas.

Nice apartment in a quiet (at least in May) residential area, one block from the sea. It's just as described: simple and but comfy and homely. And with brand-new kitchen appliances. It's also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need (pots, pans, cutlery , Nespresso machine, electric kettle) as well as things that many hosts neglect, such as coffee, salt, spices, paper towels, trash bags, sponge & dish-wasing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, a TV, a small Bluetooth speaker, etc.). We also liked the spacious balcony, from where the sea can be seen. And Tina is a wonderful host! Super friendly and helpful, she was always quick to reply, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, as well as where to park in Thessaloniki. We would definitely recommend and return here!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay at this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. In particular, the various terrace areas invited you to eat together, relax and enjoy the time. The garden was a real paradise for the kids. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate throughout – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but due to the sloping ceilings for taller people – especially in the bathroom – a little cramped, which did not bother us. The covered barbecue area with large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki – fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkeling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
